“My wages don't go in my bank till at least 1am and I had an email at the back of 12 at night telling me I've missed a payment?! It isn't my fault what time my wages go into my bank.”

“Absolute crooks !! Pure and simple this company should be brought before the FSA a totally irresponsible company with no morals whatever. Call centre must employ uneducated idiots who simply do not listen to anything you say !!!”

“Very disappointed with this service! its as if paying early is a crime with punishment of being declined of any future loans. I logged in to take out a loan and got the sorry you have to wait a month to apply message which I did. I reapplied a month later only to receive another apply again in a month message. I have never had a late payment or outstanding loan. I choose to pay early because I could afford to pay off my loan in full and because the interest rates waiting the full 3 months term was beyond ridiculous. I have an ok credit history so cannot understand why I would've been declined especially since they have given me a loan before. Waste of my time! if you have time to waste then use QuickQuid”

“Had 2 loans of £50.00, about a month apart also paid back early (which you can do on the live chat). Couple of weeks logged into my account but I got a sorry you cant apply again til 05/05/19 so I waited til then logged in only to find they have changed the date yet again to now 21/05/19. Could understand if I had missed payments etc.”

“Very expensive for such a little loan, should be able to pay more off with a touch of botton not calling up. Also having to pay a huge amount back on final payment should be spread out equally over the time”

“DO not use. Impossible to pay back early to save interest. No way of paying online. I called to do online, reached automated answer, clicked to request call back. Received automated call back, which did not work, click to speak to adviser did not work then the system cut off my call. I tried this three times with the same result but to no avail. Now very frustrated and angry. Obviously the company don't want me to pay off balance early to save interest. I WILL NOT USE AGAIN”

“I've borrowed about 4 times played you back on time no fail I asked for a loan as I have no money to get through the next 2 weeks I get a reply I can borrow in October are you serious I only borrow 2 to 3 hundred when I need it”

“Absolutely clueless on the phones and online simply not interested. Company took a payment off £260 twice ! And denied it for weeks..call centre workers are totally clueless when trying to explain....stay away”

“Very unclear help from customer services when I was unable to view payments made or due. Apparently you can't use your mobile to log in which I found strange as had always used mobile before. Customer services when spoken to on the phone were incredibly rude and constantly gave incorrect information about payments due, I was compensated for this but made whole process very stressful”

“I thought just happened to me but now I can see it's happening to everyone. I've had 2 loans, paid them off on time. Now my account paused and can't apply until end of March!!!!”

“My son who only had his mail at my address was able to obtain money without any utility bill not on election roll bad credit and using my landline phone number .I then contacted quickquid when letters and phone calls started asking where there policy of responsible lending was as he did not reside at this address needless to say they they did not respond and then passed it to a debt collecting agency. Obviously they do not make credit checks”

“Was very happy with quick quid until a few days ago when i applied again a few days ago, even though previous loan was all paid on time now they wanted my bank credentials! To see expenses, Then for 2 nights in a row i got an email stating the loan will be in the bank tomorrow and the interest had doubled then tripled to what i had agreed. Complete scam. Will not be using them again after this experiance”

“paid final payment of loan 187 pound on the due date they took another 10 pound on top off that for some reason without my permission now they have frozen my account till end of march never missed a payment leave well alone .”

“Even tho i paid on the day they charged me late fee's because they tried to take it out at exactly 12. Quick quid is a scam to make you pay high interest while sneaking in late fees. They do not read emails and just repeat usless information on how they cant help me. If you don't want to feel like a fool and being taken advantage of DO NOT use quickquid.”
