I feel I am not being helped! I have had a life change and unable to afford the interest on my loan which is a ridiculous amount which it never used to be like this when I took the loan out and also got sent an email to send back about my financial situation which I'm unable to open on a phone and I don't have a laptop!

Actually really annoyed that I asked to only make a payment of £50 of my loan (paying early) yet the girl took the full amount out of my account. Now I am worrying encase the refund doesn't go into my account before tomorrow morning for my rent coming out. A suggestion she had was to either get a refund or take out another loan... not very happy at all.

So far, I have had a bad experience with Quick quid. They are not very quick at all. I did not even get a copy of a live chat transcription, which I requested. They are making me wait over 1 hour and a half for a decision.

despite having previously requested to have my payments switched to the 1st of every month, I have been told this has not been done and subsequently I am paying late penalties. very bad practice.

I do not like the new pay back method where I as the customer do not have the option to pay the amount I want or over the period I want. I use to recommend you to others will not do so any more

perhaps its just me.... very confusing chat but i think (hope) i understood it. would suggest black and white approach as it took me a little time to obtain the information i needed. I would have preferred to have done this all through my account, I just wanted to know what happens if i pay double manually on a month and what happens with my Direct Debit payment. the Flexicredit account is not as flexible as i had hoped. not upset.. just a little disappointed.

Initially brilliant, Live help Brilliant, however having had a problem with issuing my Loan Quick Quid spent over 7 days resolving the issue. To make the situation worse I was constantly replied to with badly put together templates not relating to my query. Potential to have a stress free experience but the poor customer service & problems I have had will probably put me off in future.

I received 2 calls from you and an answer phone message to contact you urgently. I have never had an application with you and despite telling that to the lady on the live chat she still insisted on asking me to provide my personal details. I felt I was repeating myself. I didn't really get an answer as to why you were ringing me.

The agent (Alexandra) I spoke to on live chat was very polite and was the only reason I ticked poor and not very poor. My bills have increased over the last month or two and I am really starting to struggle with my payments. I contacted your company before my payment came out to inquire about a repayment plan to help me get back on track and also ensure I don't get behind with my Quick Quid payments. Unlike most people who just ignore phone calls because they have missed payments I did this before payment came out only to be told you couldn't help regarding a repayment plan. I don't think this is a very good service and puts extra strain on my outgoings and could cause me to miss more bills in the future as well as Quick Quid payments. I have never missed a payment to do and really don't want to in the future but the lack of help received is putting this at risk. The only help I was offered was to adjust the payment date which is great but in the long term does not help as I would be required to make two payments the following month which really is not possible.

Compared to Wonga early repayment takes about 30 seconds with Wonga yet the QuickQuid site has no option to repay early online, you either have to call them or wait for an online chat person, also Wonga is much cheaper to lend SHORT term from

Took too long, waited hours in the end used Wonga which in my circumstances were cheaper as well and took less than 5 minutes.

I have been using quick quid for some time now and never had any problems using the online chat, that was until Dorishia, every time I have to use Dorishia he/she does not seem to be able to offer me what I want in a time period that's good for me im also at work when I speak to Dorishia and other reps, the whole experience takes far to long compared to other reps that I have used prior to Dorishia.

I had to use the chat window from quick quid as my initial tries at phoning them was answered by ignorance. The first one just said "nah" then hung up, and the second time they just hung up. Not really good for business is it! not impressed. The guy on the other end of the chat window was very helpful indeed.

I spoke to russell today to ask about paying in full and as i thought i set up the payment to come out in full at the end of the day, he took about 13-15 mins to answer a simple question, not that he read my 1st msg properly as i asked him a question and then he asked me again how he could help, he was very slow at getting back to me, where as i just spoke with Tamara and she was very help gull and quick as getting back to me, i don't think its fair that we do not have to option to pay in full if our card is set up with this account, i have always found you easy to deal with, but i think its time to change to a company where i don't have to spend more time trying to pay back in full. kind Regards G Scourfield

You have had a policy change which automatically sets up a 10 month pay back period. Earlier pay backs can only be done by accessing the account and making the payment manually. This puts the onus on the borrower to make the payment but, if like me one cannot always get on line, that is a real inconvenience. I doubt I will use Payday Loans again unless this policy is reverted back and the borrower can set their own payment time.

Very hard to come to any resolution, extremely difficult to update your information during the application procedure, as the automated system simply wont allow it, so for example put it bank details and then want to change them, no chance, also you are led to believe that you have passed, given a credit limit and then turned down at the last moment with no explanation, very difficult company to deal with, then no chance of a re-apply at all, until you write to disputes, not a very fare system at all.

I asked your advisor Julian to help me with a new application,as the screen would not let me fill out certain boxes, he asked me details from a previous application i put in a long time ago, and i wanted to start a new application, with new work details etc, i had not even finished filling out the new form properly yet, and he then said my application was declined, not very fair is it ?????

Filled in the complete form only to be told you wanted more information and to ring your customer applications number, the number has a recorded message where you leave a message and then you wait! Real live people would have been a nice touch so things could have got sorted out and not left a customer waiting. Not a good experience.
