“Very clear informations and very handy in short moments, but obviously extremely high rates what can be very dangerous if you are not careful. I would only recommend to someone with strong financial control”

“Everything was fine. Repaid early. To do this went on live chat, which everytime my phone turned on standby half of the conversation would be missing.”

“Everything works as promised. Quick loans, good response from the team. Only downside is that I have to chat with the crew if I want to pay back my loan early to save on interest. other than that, it's great! Hopefully wont need to use it again! :) but if i'll need some cash QQ is the way to go.”

“Repayments are clear, and they are happy for customer's to repay early. Obviously with short term lenders the fees are quite high but overall i would say it's a good service.”

“Polite and got the answer in the end but the entire conversation could have been made much quicker if the question was answered straight away rather than telling me things I'm not actually asking about. Still, good service.”

“Although find your system easy to use, I have one complaint that this time I only wanted my loan for one month and requested that payment in full be taken on due date. quickquid however did not do this and automatically extended this loan for another month without my approval. had I not noticed this today I would have had charges I had not budgeted for. something I do think should be looked in too. regards Graham Murray”

“Excellent customer service and always very friendly and helpful. Other than that they do exactly what they say they do. You apply for your loan and pay back exactly the amount stated before you even finalise your application.”

“Very quick and easy to apply for a loan but I couldn't find how to repay the loan early and had to live chat to achieve this. I really think there should be a link in my account for early repayment. (If there is and I missed it then apologies)”
