After over 2 years and going to the financial ombudsman, i have had to accept there part offer due to not being able to wait any longer. Received a email enovahelp.zendesk.com from Erin on Tuesday asking for bank details sent new details and have asked for confirmation of receipt of said email and they don't even have the courtesy to reply. I imagine i am in for a long wait to see my refund.

I paid every single payment on time and they just grab extra money and don't let me lend anymore poor service! Don't lend of them.

What jokers do not touch them they will ripp you off. Took me a few months to pay them off. Interest rate is allmost double. Yes I have been a fool but no more

My account is paused for paying the loan back too early ,what a joke . So basically im punished for not paying you enough interest . Supposed to be like a payday loan, for short term you say...yet you cant pay back early if you want to use again in the future .

I don't know why my account its on pause. Just paid back you £300. Seems like QuickQuid instead showing appreciation for using their services ,showing discrimination? QuickQuid company is afraid of brexit? And then if QuickQuid its no so sure if you are resident or citizen... just using the option we care about you ... LOL Therefore we don't want to take a risk. Instead we pretending "to care about my dear customers "using our service too often..? seems like QuickQuid don't want to make the money on interest... LOL best regards your loyal, regular customer, without delays...

Don't use them at all they charge to much give us two lones which I paid off in full then was told I could not have another as I was not qualified rip off company high pay back WARNING DONT USE AT ALL

I’ve been using quickquid for three years and have always paid my loans regardless. I have paid early, extremely early and also asked for extensions. But I always paid them. I had break in between my loans. And never caused an issue. It’s might be the fourth or fifth time my loan has been declined in the last few years and it’s just pathetic. I’ve also always had a good experience with quick quid reps. Today was just ridiculous. Not in my end but them. I think I’ll go else where. I know my credit rating isn’t affected. So I can get loans. Good bye quick quid. You have lost a customer.

When asking for a call back on the phone, they call you then dont even answer phone to you so me and my boyfriend were waiting ages!!!!!!! Plus the women i spoke to was horrible to me!!!

I have taken out a pay day loan with quick quid 3 times since opening my account. Each time I paid quick quid back early. I have a good credit rating. I am employed full-time with a regular wage. I still live with my parents aside from paying them rent I have fewer bills than most people. I would guess that I am the type of customer that is low risk and I have a reliable proven track record with them. I applied to take out a loan with them on Monday for an unexpected trip abroad I need to pay for. I hadn't herd anything by Tuesday which was unusual (compared to my first 3 experiences). The lady I spoke to told me that it was taking longer than usual to process applications but that there was no issue and I just needed to wait. Yesterday (Thursday) I logged onto my quick quid account on the computer and my application was no longer pending so I checked my account but no money had been deposited. I rang them up to ask what was going on. I was told that it was withdrawn because they hadn't received documentation from me. I said 'I wasn't asked for any documentation'. They admitted that they had forgotten to ask/send me an email about this. I said I had called up on Tuesday to check and the lady I spoke to hadn't informed me of this. They agreed that it was an error on their part. I rang half an hour later to make a complaint. The man I spoke to convinced me to reapply for the loan assuring me it would be processed that day as long as I sent them a months worth of bank statements straight away. Mostly out of laziness and not wanting to fill out long forms for other companies I took him up on this. But by the end of the day I had herd nothing again. This morning I checked on my quick quid account to see if anything had changed and saw that I had been declined! I have taken out 3 previous loans with them and paid them back early. That I would say makes me a good reliable customer. My bank statements confirmed my monthly pay. I have a good credit rating. No reason was given my application being declined. I will NEVER AGAIN use quick quid. If this is how they treat loyal and reliable customers I am quite frankly disgusted. It took me 8 minutes today to apply for a loan from one of their competitors (for the same amount and less interest). It was in my bank straight away. I wish I had done this sooner as this delay has now caused me issues.

Had a few loans with QuickQuid then all of a sudden my account is on hold and can reapply in six month . What a joke .

Had 2 loans, paid them off early and then get told am on hold because I repay early. Thought you would like quick repayments.

Company got hold of our address illegally. We've never been stupid enough to use the company ourselves. Made a complaint, company acknowledged it, but haven't done anything about it or responded, and this was in November. Disgusted.

In the process of making a complaint and the delay in having my complaint resolved is unacceptable. My complaint is now being dealt with by FOS and QuickQuid are still delaying this process.

Had 1 in the passed settled early then tried again and wanting a statement with a months transactions on. 30 screen shots from my phone how the hell can anyone do this!! Use myjar really really good and do not ask for any paperwork.

I as just declined for a loan not sure why - I have no credit cards (but do have a credit history of settling accounts), pay more than minimum requirement on my current Next account, am home owner and have minimum outgoings. Not sure what the criteria is to actually borrow some money! I wont bother again!

Been with them over 3 years never missed a payment now all of a sudden can’t have a loan when needed it my credit history hasn’t changed. Definitely won’t be using there service again

Borrowed with quick quid in the past with no issues, applied today and they say I can’t due to credit history? I have no outstanding loans, credit card, finance etc and have never been late in repayment for anything so can’t see how that works.
