“Good quick & helpful service. Like all these loan companies the interest is high & care needs taking on how you use it but it is sound. Website is ok but could be a bit easier in design especially in linking you to a place to pay off early or to tell you quickly how to do this rather than discover by trial &error that using the live chat is best way.”

“It was easy to proceed with and quick,,,( the only little gripe I had was after I logged back in to check my application I could not find my any information regarding my application ),,,i contacted the live chat team and although I got declined,brittnie informed me ,,she told me as how to collect the information to redeem why and also she was really helpful and polite as was her colleague I talked to previously 10mins earlier before I lost internet connection, I really thought the two ladies in question were very polite and helpful”
