Highly unsatisfied never received my tent, no way to communicate with customer service don’t recommend shopping from quictents.

11 x 11 gazebo lasted one day before the cheap structure collapsed. Terrible product. Quictent covers themselves though. You can't return their products if it's been used. Sure, makes sense to me. How do you know its defective if you don't assemble it. Don't buy anything from this company unless you like donating your money to companies who don't care about the quality of their products.

Purchased a greenhouse for my mother for Mother's day. Some parts were bent, bad instructions, she could not put it together properly as a result of faulty parts. I emailed the company, called Amazon, then used the email support on their website with no help. I am disabled and on disability it took me months to save up for this. I want a refund bit no one has gotten back to me. I'm worried I was scammed.

I recently purchased a Quictent 10'x9'x8 Backyard Greenhouse. It arrived on April 13, and was set up by my husband and son on April 20. That night, we had a thunderstorm, and the greenhouse completely collapsed. I contacted the customer service department of Quictent, and the choices that were offered included (:1) a discount on another greenhouse or (2) the purchase of replacement parts. Neither option is acceptable because this product is flimsy and not at all sturdy. The plastic anchors did not hold the frame in place, and the frame bent and broke in several places from the weight of the rain pooling on top. I have purchased other Quictent products that are well-made. This greenhouse is not strong or sturdy. I do not recommend this product.

I have tried to make contact to have covers that have deteriorated due to sun and weather. I am perplexed as to how the public relations don’t want to provide replacement covers, very poor PR

I wanted to purchase a replacement tent with quictent and they asked for proof of ownership. I copied the cover of the instructions that has their name on it along with a photo of my greenhouse. They still won't let me purchase a replacement and keep asking for more proof. I have corresponded several times and now I am convinced they have no intention on selling one to me so I will make my own cover for next year. I would give them no stars if I could. Awful business.

So why did you take my review down. People need to know the truth. Don't buy from this company, after 4-6 emails they say the replacement cover for my greenhouse made by them is not available? I don't understand the problem as the greenhouse is still available on there website. The greenhouses only last one season before all the seams rot. Very disappointed.

We fully understand your concerns about not wanting to provide previous order information and will proceed with the part order as per your request. The representative will follow up via email. Please check your INBOX in time. We understand your urgency to get a replacement cover, especially since it's still cold outdoors. And we'd like to make things go as quick & smooth as possible with anything showing you're owning a Quictent model. That's probably where the misunderstanding comes from - it's not that we don't want to offer you the replacement cover, we just want to make sure that the cover you get would fit your greenhouse frame perfectly, otherwise it would be a waste of both time and money—the point is, if your frame is not a Quictent frame, we CAN'T PROMISE that the cover we send you will fit. And in that case, we will NOT accept a return or refund request for the part order. That's also the reason why our customer service representatives ask for purchase history or pictures - just to ensure you get a matching cover and avoid loss in advance. Again, a gentle reminder: please understand that except for manufacturing defect/shipping damage, we will NOT accept a return/refund request after the replacement cover has been delivered. there was initially a problem with the shipment of my order; Quictent was very helpful, quick to sort things out with the carrier and replace the order when it couldn't be found. i received the package in great condition and the tent is of amazing quality. really nice unfolding and locking design with strong velcro to attach the cover. everything is made with durable material and will stand up to multiple uses for my sales at flea markets. i would definitely recommend Quictent over any company for similar products.

I inherited a 10 x 20 Quictent and wanted to get fresh end covers. Jasmine was super helpful, even though I didn’t have an original order number for her to match pieces to the right structure. I’m looking forward to many years with my Quictent and if I ever need to replace it, it will be with another Quictent. Thank you Jasmine!

I purchased the octagon 10 × 12 ft Gazebo . I had an issue with a part needed. I recieved the part issue resolved am enjoying my new gazebo. Looks so nice !! Thanks Quictent

I'm changing my review. I bought a 10x20 carport canopy in August of 2022. The cable broke upon tightening it. I cannot get customer service to answer the phone nor will they solve my problem. I have given them the order number several times it's like they're not listening to me. Beware purchase elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend quictent because their tents are high quality, I had one for two years now and it is still stable and still has high quality to this day. And also if I ever need a part of the tent they will quickly respond to it and will help as fast as they can.

I have two Quictents, one I use as a traditional greenhouse and the other as a chicken run. I covered the frame in chicken wire and added a simple door and it is perfect for my free range chickens when I need to corral them. For the money they are unbeatable. Of course the instructions could be clearer and there is the inevitable cursing when you realize you have not put it together correctly but it can be done! The green house has survived through thunder storms and golf ball sized hail. I put up both solo but an extra set of hands is a plus, take your time with the instructions and don’t tighten screws until the end as you need them to go through multiple sections on the top and sides. 4 short screws go on the bottom rail either end of the frame…… Don’t over tighten or you will flatten the metal. It comes in one box with rudimentary tools which work but a socket set makes it go faster. It is pretty light weight but as long as you use it as intended it works.

I had to order some replacement canopies for tents, and Yummy and her team were super accommodating and supportive in the process. I am so happy I did not need to buy whole new tents and was able to just purchase the parts I needed. Yummy made the ordering process simple and streamlined. Customer support was perfect, and I am happy to be working with Yummy!
