“They were super quick to respond and handled all my questions and edits really well. They first sent me an outline, but I wasn't totally happy with it, so I sent back some notes. Within a few days, they made the changes and sent back something that was perfect for me! I also used them for formatting and had an excellent experience. I highly recommend them.”
