“quick service, product was what it was advertised to be, sturdy and dead easy to assemble (in spite of not madly helpful illustrations in the asssembly guide.....). I would use this supplier again.”

“Not bad value for money, very good and prompt delivery, not happy one of the mdf selves was damaged, which I realised after the delivery man had gone, did not contact racking.com since I did not have the time to wait for a replacement, return etc... tight schedule for my garage project. Fairly easy to assemble and they look very good when put next to each other. Would I buy from Racking.com again...yes.”

“The racking I ordered is now assembled and does its job perfectly. However the delivery package was heavy and during its journey one end had been knocked meaning that several of the aluminium ends (formerly straight) had been bent into a curve. However, it was possible to reshape them and fit the shelving as designed, although it would have been much simpler if the damage had not occurred. Nevertheless I still marvel that such a heavy item should have arrived at my front door virtually within 48 hours of my order being placed and do have sympathy with the courier.”

“I ordered a large storage tub that was very well packaged. The delivery company gave my parcel to a neighbor and didn't let me know, which caused some confusion. However I got in touch with Racking.com and someone contacted the delivery company to find where my parcel was and got back to me very quickly. The customer service more than made up for the mistake, and I would happily purchase again.”

“Very happy with the delivery, service and product.. easy to assemble, (all the parts were there which always helps!) good quality too.. I needed raking for my vinyl record collection, so the 30cm shelf depth is ideal, looks good in my office too, very satisfied.”
