Many of the juices freeze well - (I don’t find the green ones do as they tend to separate) so if you have some left over - which I often do - you can freeze them and use as meal replacements in the week after your cleanse to ease you slowly back into full eating regime. “This is really a wonderful cleanse. The juices taste lovely and are surprisingly very filling. I have done the one day and 3 day cleanse however the 3 day cleanse I believe is more beneficial with helping to reset your gut I found.
