“Just received by dyed shoes and bag from Renaissance Colville. To say I'm thrilled with them is an understatement. Thank you Mary, who dyed my shoes. They are perfect. Definitely worth customising the colour options. Turn round time was excellent. Great service from Renaissance and Rainbow club. One very happy mother of the groom.”

“I had the pleasure of speaking to Rainbow Club to order some shoes along with a matching bag in February. I spoke with Chloe Bushrod who was very helpful and my order was processed efficiently. I have since ordered another pair of shoes which I did online this time and my order arrived promptly and the shoes are a perfect addition to my collection.”

“I have purchased 4 pairs of shoes from Rainbow Club since my daughter's wedding in 2022. I absolutely love them, they are so comfortable and I am over the moon that the shoes can be changed into the desired colour of my choice. The design, material and the attention to detail including the blue stone underneath the shoe. The delivery was excellent and I could not wait to open them to see how lovely they are. The quality of the shoes are just outstanding. I can't wait to wear them for my Grandson's Christening in June Thank you so much for making the choice so easy”

“Lovely shoes and very comfortable. I ordered 4 different pairs straight from the website not realising there weren't free returns (my error as most places do offer this). However, I then needed to return the shoes I did not want. Well, this was beyond a joke. The customer service team are quick to respond, but the whole process is a nightmare! First, your paying to return. Secondly, their chosen returns provider (Yodel- at £4.60) DOES NOT WORK. Yodel are useless when you ask for help. Their link to create a returns label does not work and they offer no real solutions other than 'clearing your cookies from your web browser.' Absolute joke of a company. Finally, you will have to go with a different provider like Royal Mail, which will end up costing you more money in the long run. If you can, do NOT order directly from their website as returning will add additional stress before your big day. I would suggest ordering from somewhere like John Lewis, where you know you will be able to return easily. Equally, I would highly recommend a fairly big company (growing company) like this to be offering a better solution for return their goods. This was the only thing that put me off Rainbow shoes.”

“I tried on many wedding shoes. Having rather wide feet and an ivory wedding dress I really struggled finding comfortable shoes in the right colour. The rainbow shoes are amazing. Incredibly comfortable and the colour is perfect. I really can't wait to wear them on my big day. The little blue gem in the sole is a lovely touch.”

“I’ve ordered and returned 7 pairs in total now !!!!DO NOT buy from them . All of the shoes are cheap but overpriced and very uncomfortable and badly fitting . To add insult to injury , they don’t even pay for returns !!!!! Rubbish”

“I have had my eye on a pair of rainbow shoes for my upcoming wedding this year - I found the website really easy to navigate and order. My shoes are absolutely stunning, simple but classic. I adore the small 'something blue' detail underneath the shoe, it gives a real special effect. I can't wait to wear them on my big day!”

“I ordered the Gracie shoes for my wedding. They are so incredibly narrow. I wouldn't consider myself to have wide feet but my foot overhung the side and even my 11 year old said they were too narrow for her feet. These shoes are made for a barbie not human feet. How anyone is supposed to wear them all day is beyond me.”
