“I ordered this product yesterday for a craft project at home. At 7pm last night I got an email to say the product had been dispatched. This morning I received a text to say the item would be delivered between 10.57 and 11.57am. At precisely 10.57am I opened the front door to the delivery man. You simply cannot get better service than this. I can totally understand why you're called Rapid Electronics. I would have no hesitation in recommending your website to other friends and family. It does not got any better than this. I will definitely be ordering again from you. Thank you!”

“Rapid is my first choice for electrlnic components and lab gear. I am however finding myself being frustrated increasingly be items being out of stock and being available in a month or two thereby having to go on back order. In the event the deadline is often missed anyway.”

“I only wanted a bell-push bulb; impossible to purchase from any local shop. Rapid had the bulb in stock and it arrived next day, the order having been immediately acknowledged with notification of despatch an hour later. Great service and will use the company again.”

“Extensive range, good prices. They also massively live up to their name. I ordered some components at about 18:45 one evening on their standard delivery service, and they turned up 13 hours later at 07:45 the next day. Crazy fast! All made possible by their generous 7pm despatch cutoff time.”

“There was a slight glitch with the delivery courier, UK Mail, but when I mentioned this to Rapid Electronics they reacted very quickly to apologise (although it was not their fault) and made a complaint to UK Mail on my behalf. I couldn't have asked for better service from Rapid.”
