“We required a couple of reception desks at very short notice. Rapid manufactured the items to our requirements over the space of a few days. Quality and Customer Service were excellent. Highly recommended.”

“I purchased an office chair. Delivery was very speedy, but, when the chair arrived, one of the arms was defective. I reported this and a replacement was with me within a very short while. Top marks for prompt and efficient customer service!”

“Excellent customer service throughout the whole process from our initial enquiry, ordering through to the delivery of the items purchased. Even when we experienced a small problem with a lock, they were prompt with their reply and sorted this out for us without delay. We were kept up to date with the status of our orders constantly, and this was followed by a phone call to make sure that we were happy with the goods. Overall...........Great value for money, friendly service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. A job well done.”

“The delivery and packaging was good, and contact . The reception counter was more than adequate and did the job nicely. The instructions were confusing and too small, and minimal. nevertheless, that was the only glitch”

“We've just moved office, and it wasn't easy. Searching the internet for furniture was time consuming, and buying from the internet is often worrying. We liked the look of Rapid Office Furniture's conference table, and we took a leap of faith by ordering it without "seeing it the flesh". I have to say I'm delighted with the result. It was delivered promptly, without any trouble, and it looks great. The price was good too. If only the whole move had been so straightforward!”

“Communication was good until the payment/order was placed then received no communication at all. I had to do all the chasing. The desks I purchased were part dismantled so arrived part assembled in bits, with no protection in terms of packaging, just carried in by the driver in bits. The white furniture (two desks purchased) were filthy, covered in soot, took repeated attempts to clean and only then were they presentable. There are marks that will not clean but luckily they are not visible with the desk layout that I have used. The cleaned desks now look pretty good but if I had known how they would arrive I probably would not have ordered them from this supplier.”

Hi Kirti, I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the service we've provided. I've looked into this and as your order had a 4-week lead time we didn't have any updates until the third week when the order was ready to be delivered. As for the furniture not being packaged sufficiently, we've since spoken with the manufacturer and all orders are now packaged correctly for delivery. We hope you will shop with us again so we can demonstrate that the service we provide has been improved.
