"The juices\/protein blends all tasted really good. The Cashew vanilla I preferred frozen so it\u2019s like ice cream. I didn\u2019t like the beet juice at first but it grew on me. I did the 5 day protein cleanse although I had 4 bottles left over. I worked out (weights and cardio) 3\/5 days. I was SO craving meat and eggs after day 5! My body felt calmer and I woke up easier. But I got very constipated and it offset the good feelings on day 3-5. \r\nI would not do this cleanse again. \r\nI would do the juice only (not the protein ones-although I would still consume those as a \u201ctreat\u201d) and eat a regular protein rich and fiber rich dinner and walk daily to stay regular. I loved the convenience!! They came very frozen and all tasted very fresh."

"Tomorrow is my last day of my 10 day cleanse, and I felt great nearly every day of the cleanse\u2026the first 2 days I had a mild headache in the afternoon that went away fairly quickly and without medication. I\u2019ve had a lot more energy and have felt much more focused and productive. I drank 5 out of the 6 juices allotted for each day, so I am going to use the rest as a breakfast drink since I don\u2019t usually eat in the morning, and these have been a good start to my day. I probably have lost some weight, but I don\u2019t usually weigh myself so I don\u2019t know how much. I did this not so much to lose weight but just to get back on track with healthier eating and to help stop the cravings for junk foods & sweets. I thought all the juices were delicious, and I plan on following this with a week of the Stay Skinny Method. "

I ordered the High Fiber Gut Cleanse kit along with the Stay Skinny pack in efforts to have clean juices and meal replacements while eating clean.\r\nI have been suffering from auto-immune-like symptoms for months, and knew my gut bacteria had likely been to blame. It has been so nice to see my skin clear, my digestive issues slowly vanish and my overall health slowly climb. I\u2019m going to be continuing autoshipments regularly to keep stability in my daily diet though my routine is ever changing."

“This was the best juice cleanse I’ve ever done. Albeit it is expensive & not all organic I still really enjoyed my 3 day cleanse. I did the less sugar juice cleanse; it was all super tasty! I never felt hungry or starved. I loved the vanilla protein drink & the lemony greens juice! I lost a solid 4lbs and didn’t gain it back! It’s a great way to start off a diet and exercise routine.”

“All the green juices were delicious…I didn’t feel hungry to the point I was starving and needed to eat, I could have done the 5 day but wanted to see how they tasted first. “I was skeptical at first because this was my first time ever doing a juice cleanse and I’ve been stuck at a plateau as far as my weight goes. I did the 5 day cleanse and in total lost 7 lbs! I will admit the first day it was hard to stomach some of the flavors but after the second day I became more used to the flavors and it wasn’t so bad. I felt good overall, did get a little lightheaded during the process but whenever that happened I would drink more water or snack on something little like a banana. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a good detox and cleanse.”
