“Discount code emailed to me as part of RU birthday promotion was not working at checkout, I contacted customer care on live chat and immediately spoke with Rebecca herself who advised to make purchase at full price and she would arrange a refund of the discount due, which I did. This was handled so swiftly and because it was Rebecca dealing with the transaction personally I was happy to go ahead. True to her word, everything went smoothly and my purchases were with me in good time. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, excellent customer service and beautiful quality product. I would definitely repeat buy from here.”

“I love my green Elouise plates!! I had a couple of issues with bowls arriving broken, and the customer service was really wonderful - a person named Gayle helped out to make sure I got replacements and even included a little gift product for the trouble - she was a delight! I would definitely order more in the future - I love how the products are all handmade, and they feel really unique and beautiful.”
