Loving my new water rower. Easy to set up - took about 30 minutes to put together. My home gym is now complete!! I’m very happy I chose to purchase this rower instead of a treadmill.

Smh..It is truly unfathomable how individuals who deceive others out of their hard-earned money can sleep peacefully at night. My personal encounter with these scammers was not only outrageous but also had a severe negative impact on my mental health. However, I am grateful that I came across VIRTUAL HACKNET RECOVERY FIRM after the incident occurred. Let me share my story. I stumbled upon an advertisement on Facebook where these scammers claimed to be part of Elon Musk’s team. They were promoting an ongoing giveaway by Elon to his fans. Intrigued, I messaged the creator of the advertisement and was directed to the team manager, who explained everything to me and provided instructions on how to participate in the giveaway. To be eligible, I had to purchase a spot, which cost me a staggering $32,000. I was added to a private group where Mr. Jacobs was the admin, and there were three other individuals, including myself, making a total of five. To proceed further, they sent a contract to my email, stating that I needed to fund $250,000 to a wallet they set up themselves and sent me login details . Once I made the payment, they would have access to my wallet information, which supposedly would be used for the giveaway. Although it seemed a bit suspicious, I still went ahead with the deposit because I had actually spoken to Elon himself over video call, and I believed the GIVEAWAY to be genuine when his personal assistant sent me the email. After transferring the $250,000, I was then asked to make another wire transfer of $180,000 to the same Metamask wallet they set up,Witnessing all these shady activities, I knew I had to seek help from VIRTUAL HACKNET RECOVERY FIRM who saved me from the shackles of those people. These scammers were too good at what they did but the RECOVERY TEAM had the ability to recover the funds. For any withdrawal difficulties, you know who to contact “ VIRTUALHACKNET @ GMAIL . I ordered Thera body compression boots and less than six months after I bought them they stopped charging. I started sending emails to the company and asked for replacement. They reached out to the manufacturer and said that what it would get done is now the end of May and nothing has been resolved. They don’t even respond to my emails anymore, I have also reached out to the manufacturer and they will not respond either. They say that I have to go through your company. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve never had a company. Give such bad customer service and warranty. There has been no attempt to resolve this Valerie Compton.

I placed an order three weeks ago for Therabody leg compression boots. I continue to get multiple excuses on why it has not been been shipped yet, even though they advertise quick shipping and in stock on their website. I try to support small businesses over Amazon, but do not use this company.

I purchased a $4,000 massage chair from this company only to have it show up weeks late and damaged. Once they set it up they realized it was missing the internal air hoses. They took it apart and left. A new chair showed up over a month later which was also cosmetically damaged. Once they set it up they realized this chair was too broken and had many features that did not work. I worked with their horrible customer service (Hayes) who sent parts for it to be fixed. This took over a month and when the tech came to fix the broken parts, he left and my chair doesn’t work. It will turn on then freeze. I cannot get any help from Recovery for Athletes and spent 4k for a broken chair. I am taking action in other ways to get this resolved. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Not a reputable company. Purchased an expensive spin bike which started making a horrible clanking noise after 6 months-unrideable. No help from company. I am 110 lbs. and only rode it about 3 times a week for 45 min. I strongly recommend you buy your spin bike elsewhere.

Order placed for BASI equipment 8 weeks ago and despite claims and false advertising that shipment would be within 2-3 weeks the sales staff is unresponsive. Still pending and product was already paid for. Highly advise not to order from these people.

I cancelled my order (cable machine) and was told that it was fine because the order was showing as “unfilled” on their system. A few hours later, I get a tracking order that it was shipped (surprise, surprise). I call to tell them I cancelled it prior to this shipment so I didn’t want to be responsible for shipping this item back. They said it was fine and they’ll take care of it. They kept saying they would return my call, but I was the one always reaching out. The item arrived at my house yesterday. Today, they send me an email stating that they never cancelled my order since it had been shipped. They never refunded my credit card, and now they’re also telling that I need to pay for this to be shipped back. Shady business practices. Do not buy anything from them.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I called before ordering an item to confirm the item was in stock. They assured me it was. Ordered the item and then waited a week for them to tell me the item they said was in stock actually was not in stock. Word of advice…go directly through Water Rower and don’t waste your time with this middle man.

Bought the chair online with ease, but the shipping company they used was nightmare! Did not get a call from the shipper for the longest time. So, I e-mailed Recovery for Athletes for the shipper's number numerous times and for some reason they would never give it to me. Then I get a call from the shipper, the date it set, and then at the last minute they cancelled. Next, the new date is set and the shipper/mover won't help with taking a piece of the chair. Recovery for Athletes, "They should have, you have white glove service." Next, I request a Saturday delivery and then another, almost 2 weeks goes by with me on top of it, again asking for the sipper's number from Recovery for Athletes, and crickets. Then, I see it is on the text from the shipper. I push hard to get the date set, I do. Not trusting the "White Glove" service, I hire a certified technician to disassemble the chair in stages so it can fit through my narrow doorway. My window, 8am to 12pm Saturday but since I am the only Saturday delivery, I request 10am. 11:45am, shipper, "My guy didn't show up." What! I lose it and hang up. I have to pay the technician on my side $165 for the hour regardless. I e-mail Recovery the same day, 6/25/22 to cancel the transaction and refund me. I get a "let me look into what happened" stall e-mail a few days later. I respond, "Just refund me." Two days later, another stall e-mail. Now, just crickets. So, I did a chargeback. The Saturday delivery was apparently an extra $650. Recovery offered to split it, so I did. IF there was any chance of them doing what they were supposed to in this situation, wouldn't they have at least refunded that $325 plus the $170 extra for the "White Glover" service? I run a business and to avoid bad reviews like this I handle these situations immediately because I know I might have a customer that will do a chargeback or a bad review or both. And even warned them earlier in the day, let's resolve this so I do not have to do a chargeback on you and crickets.

I recently purchased a Peak Pilates reformer from this company because their online ad said it would be delivered by “this Friday or Saturday”. I was torn between purchasing it from them verses Amazon simply because I know Peak Pilates equipment is excellent. The brand on Amazon was a good one but not as great. I ordered it last Saturday. Today it’s Wednesday and I noticed I’ve not received any shipping emails so I called them today to see if it’s in route. There was a very kind gentlemen on the phone who said it’s not been shipped yet and he would call Peak Pilates to find out when it may be on its way. So it’s obvious it won’t be here on the date the ad claimed. I have a reason I needed it asap. The only reason I’m giving a two stars review is because I feel a tad misled due to their ad saying it was guaranteed to be here by the following weekend. As I shared, I was torn between purchasing the reformer from them or on Amazon and I went with them because of the guarantees the ad claimed. If they come though and get it to me sometime next week I will change my rating because their staff person was really great I am upset because the other option would have arrived by now and I needed it for a specific purpose. I used to train athletes and patients on the Peak Pilates equipment and I know it’s excellent. My hope is their staff will change the claims on the ad and post the true dates the equipment will arrive or follow through with getting the reformer here sooner than later. 😑

I ordered a boot and a hose one week before knee replacement surgery. They are very good at charging me but they are terrible about shipping the items like they said they would. Ice is a huge part of recovering after knee replacement so I ordered the items one week before surgery. It’s almost been two weeks and I still haven’t received the items I need to ice my leg. Not happy.

The day I ordered a Stages bike from them Recovery for Athletes they were the best price option for my region so I opted to order through them. Their communication concerning delivery lack much to be desired. As others have stated, the equipment I purchased was shipped direct from Stages. RFA acts as a middle man as best as I can discern. After over one week of my order status being listed as unfulfilled I reached out to RFA and was told Stages was not shipping because they were "taking inventory" that week. This struck me as odd as people on the Stages Facebook group who ordered direct from Stages after I had ordered had received their identical product. Two weeks after placing order shipping status still showed as unfulfilled. I contacted RFA again and they said it should ship "soon" and that the delivery company would contact me to schedule a drop off. That night I did get an update with a FedEX tracking number and delivery date and time with no opportunity to schedule. So I arrange my schedule to be at my home at the time of delivery. Day of (supposed) delivery, I get an email from FedEX 4 hours prior to delivery stating the bike had been delivered... but it wasn't at my house! I reached out one more time to RFA to see what's up. RFA associate told me, "because FedEX has damaged bikes in the past we ship to a third party, they will contact you in the next two days to setup delivery" So, J. B. Hunt is going to sit on it four days before shipping it to my house. They won't let me come pick it up; they have to deliver. I understand the logic of why they choose to ship in this manner, however I wish they had explained the shipping process at the time of order, or at the very least the first time I reached out to check on my order. In all honesty, I now wish I had ordered direct from Stages as most of the people on the FB group report delivery within a week of ordering. If RFA had been more transparent the first time I asked for the status of my order they would have at least received 4 stars, and may have even earned more business from me in the future.

I ordered a $4,000 Chair from Recovery for Athletes. I then received a notice that it had been shipped to a location about 3 hours from me. Then everything stopped. I have not been able to contact the manufacturer and haved called Recovery for Athletes at least 4 times to ask where it is. Each time they promise to look into it and get back to me the same day. Never have received a response from them . Very flakey customer service. This has been going on for more than a week since I was notified it was shipped.

They don't have the items in stock, they simply order for the manufacturer when you place the order. They don't specify this, they actually said that the item was "In Stock and Ready to Ship". Bought an 1400$ compression pants and the order still hasn't shipped 12 days afterwards. I've tried to contact them several times with no response. Now they say they will ship it on January (3 months after completing the order). They still cant provide an exact date. They are telling me this 12 days after placing the order and after the discount is not offered any more on other sites so I am either stuck with them or I must pay the full price elsewhere. Extremely disappointed with this experience. Had I known, I would have never considered them.
