Terrible company Terrible company, poor communication, poor customer service and very poor product received. Ordered a pair of boots at a cost of £199.99 plus £2.99 postage. What arrived was not only a different boot to the one i had ordered but they were also clearly used with marked soles and scuffs to the uppers. In addition, the box it arrived in was bashed and torn, there was a very long human hair inside one of the boots and the packaging was ripped and just chucked in without any proper packing at all. As others have experienced, the communication with this company is incredibly poor. Further, the returns process (for a free return) was to deliver to a drop box involving a 12 mile round trip! I requested an alternative and was advised I could return but they would only reimburse me to the value of £3.00. No courier company could offer the correct insurance for this price and as such I paid £10.50 to return these boots. Several days have passed since the boots were signed for back at their return depot and today I received a partial refund of £199.99. So, they haven't honoured the £3.00 return postage and they've kept my original £2.99 postage, even though they sent me a pair of used boots which were not even the ones i ordered. So for the pleasure of ordering from this company I am actually out of pocket to the tune of £13.49. I have since purchased an alternative pair from Redwing who have proved to be excellent and I would recommend you go there instead. There is nothing positive to take away from the experience of purchasing from this company

Won a pair of Goodwin Smith shoes for £9.99 on this companies ebay site. This brand is a good quality, mid price shoe, so this was a great price - if something seems to good to be true it usually is, so it was I was not surprised when the seller cancelled the order without explanation. At the time of my purchase they had dozens of similar item, all of which have disappeared. Not sure what the game is, but this seller is a discredit to ebay.

Had a terrible experience with this company - Highly recommend not using! Ordered some slippers as a gift back in Dec, reported the issue that they were faulty and they arrange a collection after me insisting i would not be put at any further duress - This took over 2 weeks, they are now asking me to prove that the goods were collected by their own courier company!! Were now on the 03 Feb without a gift and still out of pocket! Save yourselves the stress guys and pay use a reputable company in future - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Quality Footwear, it ain't... Purchased a pair of boots which, when loosening the laces to enable me to get my foot in, the metal eyelet in the hole for the laces popped out and proved to be very poor quality. Followed the instructions on the enclosed return slip and as outlined on their website, sending the boots back via registered post - not cheap. I contacted them via email stating that it was poor that the customer had to foot the cost of the return postage when the product was being returned because it was faulty. I received a reply that stated had I contacted them before returning they would've used their returns service at no cost to me. I requested that they reimburse me for my return postage. They wouldn't, claiming that I should've contacted them first. I advised them that there were no instructions anywhere to contact them first in cases of faulty goods. They told me the instructions were on the returns slip included with the boots... I can assure you there was no such instruction. Neither is there any advice regarding this on their website. The only instruction is the recommendation that the product be returned by registered post. I challenged them on this and since then there has been complete radio silence. They do say you get what you pay for. In this instance my recommendation would be to avoid Redfoot Shoes at all cost!

I received the shoes which were ok but needed to return a pair I sent them back and despite emailing the company have heard nothing!!! It’s been over a month since they were sent back. I tried the online chat and receive no replies It’s as though the company has closed!!! Although the boots were fine the customer service is shocking. I would not buy again from them which is a great shame as their products are good Am really disappointed and also concerned where my refund is!!

Do not buy from this company under any circumstances. Similar to other people on this site I have returned shoes to them only to never hear from them again. I have lost my shoes and my money. They never reply to emails and their phone does not connect PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Days have gone by since I sent a poor review regarding a pair of slippers that fell apart within 2 weeks. I’ve sent emails, pics, etc, all I’ve got back are standard emails saying it will take days before we contact you. No phone number, despite requests, I wonder why.....poor customer service.... still no actual contact, over a week now.

Terrible customer service. Want to return some shoes, but no response to emails, and no returns paperwork included with the order. No phone number (that works) either. Every other online retailer seems to be able to handle enquiries and returns, where necessary in an efficient way, but not Redfoot shoes apparently. AVOID!

I returned a pair of shoes ,over a month later I have not had any acknowledgement or had a refund.I know they have been received because they were tracked . I will not be ordering from them again or recommending them to anyone.I have e mailed them for the second time ,first time I got a quick response ,this time my e mail will not get a reply for 5 days ! I am not at all happy with the way I am being fobbed off ,they have had the goods back promptly and they still have my money ,I want my money back please.

I have tried to return my shoes today via Royal Mail delivery service but the post code shown on their form and website does not exist OL13 OUF, shall give them to charity as not worth the effort trying to chase down their real post code.

do not buy you are going to regret it, the products do not correspond I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN THE SHOE AND I DID NOT RECEIVE REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, THE SIZE IS NOT CORRESPONDING AND THE QUALITY NEITHER, BELIEVE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY , REFUND IS A SCAM

Same as others. Returned an item which was done through their own website and collected by Hermes. Has been over 2 weeks now since i returned and all they tell me is is the tracking number i gave them doesn't show any results. It takes days before a simple e-mail gets a reply and teh endless e-mail pin pong is ridiculous. No phone number of course, so going through the credit card company is the next option, pain in the arris as it may be.

Been waiting over a week for a response to a complaint re quality of "sheepskin" slippers. Had them 3 days and had a complete bald patch on the inner heel. No respinsponse and no care given. This is my third pair in. 6 months. DO NOT BUY THEIR EVER DECLINING QUALITY SLIPPERS!!!

Ordered a size 6 slipper only to discover on Christmas morning it was a size 5 in the box although the box said size 6 too. They won't respond to my emails and there phone number seems to be disconnected.

I ordered slippers on 12th December and have had nothing. I paid for 2-5 day delivery and to date nothing not even a reply to my 2 emails chasing the delivery. The phone number listed does not take incoming calls. Very concerning. I had confirmation of my order and the money has been taken!!!!!!

Ordered as a Christmas present, like many still waiting with zero response from the comment. Ordered 9th, said they were delayed, would be posted 14th, still no response despite numerous emails, phone calls. Just r want the slippers or a refund!
