“Unfortunately my parcel was mislaid by the courier- so I cancelled my order. But they were very efficient at communicating with me and for my inconvenience hav e me a discount off futher purchases. I will deffinitely shop there again.”

“I bought UK size 12 to be sure they would fit, but they are still a bit tight (all my other shoes are UK11. Why can’t you make a size 13...?? Other than that, beautiful shoes and good value for money.”

“A little disappointed. I ordered a 12 which shows as a 47 on your website but I received a 46 which obviously doesn’t fit. It is the 2nd time this has happened with Redfoot Shoes. The last pair I gave to a friend but I’m not sure what to do with these new ones. It’s a hassle going through the whole sending back business!! Get your sizes right guys!”

Good Morning Will, Apologies for the confusion. Euro sizes are different from Uk and fits are a little different. Size 12 is both 46/47. When converting the UK size to Euro, we have had to miss a size out so the measurements are more accurate. “This is the fourth pair of shoes I have purchased from you and have had problems with laces on all pairs. The new purchase look like a distressed brown I thought they were going to be a dark brown all over.”

“Hi at first glance when I received my shoes I thought the shoes was very nice , but I noticed on the left shoe where the tan leather zig zag edge met the navy suede it was quite rough along all the zig zag edge was full of bits of rough leather threads and it was very noticble , I was going to return them , but instead i sat for over an hour with a pin and gently went along edge removing all the rough threads of leather out of zig zag edge , I hope in the future if I decide to purchase anymore shoes from you they will be ok, as I think they are good value I might of just been unlucky with the ones I received. “These were too tight so I had to return them. They are quite slim fitting and the leather isn’t soft enough to stretch. They look reasonable quality for the price paid. I still haven’t had a refund yet”

“Unfortunately the slippers are the wrong size!! I ordered a size 8 and indeed the box said 8 on the outside but the slippers themselves are only a 7. Because I took extra wide fitting EE my Aunty (92 years ) managed to squeeze her feet into them before we noticed the error. She insisted on keeping them on "they'll stretch as I wear them" she said. Well, well no arguing with that! !”
