“As an athlete, I was keen to try red light therapy for faster muscle recovery. I use the TotalSpectrum Max nearly every day on muscle recovery mode and it has been amazing, seriously! My post-workout soreness has reduced dramatically possibly because of the 6 wavelengths. I can train harder with less downtime thanks to this panel! Now I can't stop recommending red light therapy to everyone lol.”

“TotalSpectrum Compact is what I adore! On an almost daily basis, I make use of this panel by switching between my face, chest, hands, and knees positions. “I bought the Ultra panel several months ago primarily for full body pain management but also in hopes it might provide some skin rejuvenation benefits. So far, no noticeable changes except heightened energy levels. I can sit on my laptop for way longer before getting knackered. That's not a bad result for 2 weeks, I remain hopeful.”
