I ordered an 18" Soldier Memorial Statue. 6 weeks after placing my order, I received an 8" Soldier Memorial Statue. Numerous attempts with their frivolous automated "forms" and attempted phone calls where you hold and then are disconnected did not resolve the problem and they still have my $50. Fortunately for me I still had the upper hand--I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they issued me a credit. This may very well be a veteran owned business, however as a veteran myself this is NOT the way veterans treat others.

Over 6 weeks since my order! More than 3 emails without one non-automated response! Promises in these automated responses of if your order is over 3 weeks we will get back to you. Order not complete, not shipped, not acceptable. Not one word from Redline!!!!!

Placed an order in mid-April and still do not have a confirmation of them receiving that order. They did go ahead and charge my credit card, however. I’ve sent two emails and only got an automated response on both. If I don’t hear from them soon, I’m contesting the charge with my bank. Not a very good way to do business.

they will not answer my e-mails. Orders 4/28/20 & 4/30/20 Nurse Life . No record of when being shipped . Paid in full. As of 5/19/20.Something wrong with co. Maybe blaming corona virus. I ordered other products and received them within a week.

Ordered Nurse sign in early April. Has not shipped. Can't get any response form the company. Tracking says awaiting label for over a month. Horrible company SCAM! Do not order from them!!!

I placed an order on April 3, 2020. On April 18 the status showed that the shipping label was created. Ten days later the item still didn't ship. I emailed the company twice and finally got a reply a few days later. I was informed that it was shipping and I should receive it in a few days. I finally received a package this week but it was empty. I have now completed a missing item ticket and have emailed every day for 3 days and still have not received any type of response.

This company is a scam!! They delete your comments when you ask questions about your order. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks since I put in my order but have yet to received a tracking number or a response on when my orders should arrive. The only thing they are quick at is taking your money!! Shame on you Redline steal for taking people’s money! I know a lot of people who are in healthcare that have been ripped off by you!

Placed an order on April 6th and the order still has not shipped! I guess when you order something for free and only pay the shipping they're not in a rush to fill the order!

Don’t think I will ever receive my order. I continue to get emails asking me to add to my order before it is shipped. I just want what I ordered!!!!

Ordered a pair of the key to my heart key chains. First off we were charged the wrong price and had to get a refund, then they charged $5.95 for freight it came today and cost 50 cents! More importantly the edges were so sharp we cannot use them,my husband has to take them out and grind them. Have ordered from Redline before with no issues but this time nothing went right

This company is horrible!!! Ordered on February 11 or 12, 20021, and never got orders...kept emailing to them and they kept dancing around me....finally I lost my interest and told them to cancel my orders....and a few days later they said my orders were on the way...I said well you did not read my instructions...I DO NOT want them...and they said to watch for my post man to let him know I did not want to accept the packages...so now I am waiting for the refund. The orders arrived in late May! Never again!

Placed a order on May 13, 2021. I’ve called several times no answer, left messages no callback, emailed no response, so that the support form five times no response. I finally did get a response when I sent a PM tell me it takes 3 to 6 weeks to ship seven weeks still nothing. I will never order from this company again

Per your request Colin Wayne, Founder of Redline Steel, here is my review of your company & products. I ordered 7 of these “overstocked” items as you advertised, on 3/11 & 3/31, and immediately paid for them via PayPal. After spending over 3 weeks from 4/30 to 5/21, calling, leaving numerous voice message (which none of being returned), and sending emails, your company still did not fulfill my order, even though you didn’t have any trouble taking my payment immediately. It wasn’t until AFTER I (1) filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (2) filed a complaint with PayPal (3) and wrote a bad review; that you SUDDENLY decided to respond a week after I filed these complaints that you sent me my order but I received only 3 of the items that I ordered the week of 6/6/21. When I filed complaints again, SURPRISE, I received the remaining 4 items the week of 6/13/21. EACH of the items had severely OFF-CENTERED hanging hole in the top so the item doesn’t even hang correctly. WHAT A MESS!!!’ Product MISINFORMATION, with HORRENDOUS - NON-EXISTING Customer Service!!! After looking up reviews, I found that this is a common theme amongst the many, many bad reviews filed against your company with the Better Business Bureau and online reviews. I would NEVER recommend your company to anyone, and have found a couple other online companies that provide MUCH better (non-defective) similar products, fast delivery, good customer service and very competitive pricing!!!! If you’re going to present this as a Veteran owned business, DO MUCH BETTER OR STOP DOING “BUSINESS” P.S. You’re good at bombarding my email with your promotions, busy as I customer-I’d prefer you paid that much attention to fulfilling orders!! So, STOP sending me DAILY promotional emails!!

Customer Service = 0. No reply to numerous inquiries regarding my order status. It has been 4 weeks since I ordered. Of course, they blame COVID 19 on their FB page. I blame it on poor management. It's simple...if you can't fulfill orders in an expeditious fashion, then don't take the orders. They had no problem taking my money the same day I ordered however.

I ordered something and it took 2 months to receive Them I was inundated with emails On one of emails there was an offer for monthly gift box which I DID NOT ORDER They are very sneaky So they said they would cancel, but I got a gift box anyway

I ordered a product back in March Still waiting I asked about my order, and didn't get a response Then, all of a sudden was told I had signed up for monthly gift box, which I didn't Had to call my bank and report it I don't care if they say they're a veteran They're not my kind of veteran

I am adding to the long line of customers that have placed an order but haven't received it. I am surprised that Redline Steel rating is 3.9, will all the bad reviews you would think it would be less! I ordered my products March 26, 2 were specials. Got a confirmation email right away and they of course took my money right away. Nothing since then and no products in the mail. I tried their support form to check on the status and never got a reply. Phone support says nobody is available and you can't leave a message. Email, text, and chat get no replies either. Very disappointing customer service. Products are great, once you get them.

Customer service sucks! Left numerous voice messages, several email messages regarding my order! NO RESPONSE, until one month later!!! After I contacted my Discover card. Nicole told me, who expects to receive their order within ONE MONTH!!! I placed my order on March 3rd for a St. Patrick’s Day shirt!!! Send me a return shipping label! And, take customer service training!!!!!!!!
