Similar to a previous post, I am 73 and would not join a subscription service, especially without a request from the company. Mrs. Cook says one thing then does another. I requested that it be canceled, yesterday she said she was getting ready to mail it. If I canceled just do a refund and do not mail. Veteran-owned companies are generally more respectful and responsible. This one is questionable.

I ordered a t-shirt from this company that claims to be veteran owned. However then I turn around and they start billing me for things I did not want and did not order. I am a 71 year old lady on social security and I don't have $30.92 that they ran through my bank. Heck away to scam money using The veterans to gain money.

BEWARE, YOU MAY ORDER YOUR ITEM GET CHARGED FOR IT BUT NEVER RECIEVE IT AND THE NOONE WILL EVER GET BACK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE

May 17th. I placed order #1742993 for $119.96 on March 2 of this year and here the 17th of May. Still don’t have my order. What’s going on with your company. Whatever it is it is like poison it’s killing your business. Poor customer service. I’ve gotten a response back in April but never received anything. You said you had the order in front of you so I know you got it. Are you going to send my order or not?

I have been waiting for my order since March 7, 2021. I've called, text, tried chatting, sent 5 emails, but to no avail. No one has contacted me regarding my order. I've ordered from the on several occasions and this has never happened. I'm very disappointed in their lack of customer service and support. They were quick in taking my money but the service I've received since is terrible. I would never make a recommendation to or for them ever again. I just what a refund at this point and I'll place an order elsewhere.

Was a great company order many products from them. Placed an order mid March and nothing. They won’t respond to emails. But they had no problem taking my money. I’m guessing his ego got to big now he doesn’t care about his customers

Placed & paid an order with Redline Steel in January for a March birthday. It’s May 12th & just received it. No invoice, no info on how to return. Called customer service twice. No answer & finally got a recording saying no one available to take call. Seriously? Left message & my contact info. Haven’t been contacted. Would NOT suggest using Redline Steel!

Ordered my product on February 5, 2021. As of this date, I have STILL not received the product nor is it possible to contact this company! I have repeatedly tried calling, but there is no getting through. I have sent several e-mails to which I have received no confirmation about my order other than "the matter will be looked into". Have never heard anything back! At this point, I have resorted to contacting the Attorney General for the State of Alabama.

Product is good if you ever get it. Customer service is horrible. Several emails and phone messages with no response since February 21 it is now May 21. Still no contact whatsoever. Just want my money back

Ordered first thing March 7, second order was March 11 and it was an"overstock" item. Now it is May 11 and still nothing, No product. They don't answer inquires. They also don't let you cancel if it had been longer than 24 hours. So when though i have no product, the product has not been produced, i cannot cancel my order. One was for a gift that i needed 2 weeks ago, one for mothers day. They are to late now as i had to get something else. DISAPPOINTING, especially when you can't get in touch with them. NEVER AGAIN. They will also fill your email daily trying to get you to buy more. Why would i buy more when i have been waiting 2 months for something to arrive?

I ordered a product back in March Still waiting I asked about my order, and didn't get a response Then, all of a sudden was told I had signed up for monthly gift box, which I didn't Had to call my bank and report it I don't care if they say they're a veteran They're not my kind of veteran

I ordered a t-shirt and never received it. Company says that it was delivered but I did not receive it. I would rate a 0 if I could. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order several months ago and still have not received it. I have sent repeated emails to the company with no response . There have been other items I would have bought had I received my order but it would stupid on my part to order anything else from a company who wont even respond about an order placed months ago that hasnt been received. I have tried to call over and over. The message said everyone is busy, leave your name and number and they will get back to you. It’s a lie...left over 20 messages! Two days ago I had $33 stole from my acct from REDLINE STEEL for something called a month box. I didn’t sign up for NO MONTHLY BOX. Then if you read the fine print it says they have the right to take $30 from you acct for you cancelling order from RED LINE STEEL. I had purchased three items in early March and I haven’t received any of them. Plus I want to know where my 3 items are They took the money for almost 6 weeks ago for. I always try to support our veteran owned companies but this is BS. NO customer service available at all. I will be contacting the BBB and anyone one else I can, about their NON ETHICAL PRACTICES!. Sad day when a veteran steals money from your checking accts. What a disappointment! These questions are a joke because I haven’t received my order from over a month ago...so who knows if it’s going to be delivered by ups or at all!

I am adding to the long line of customers that have placed an order but haven't received it. I am surprised that Redline Steel rating is 3.9, will all the bad reviews you would think it would be less! I ordered my products March 26, 2 were specials. Got a confirmation email right away and they of course took my money right away. Nothing since then and no products in the mail. I tried their support form to check on the status and never got a reply. Phone support says nobody is available and you can't leave a message. Email, text, and chat get no replies either. Very disappointing customer service. Products are great, once you get them.

They constantly run specials and are not able to fulfil orders. I ordered 2/18/21 and have only received the order confirmation email. They charged my credit card right away. Nothing has been sent so it's not a mail delay. I ordered items for Easter which has come and gone. I've reached out 3 times so far and nothing. The order was a special they were running and no personalization required.

past three orders have been extremely long 4 to 6 weeks with no shipping confirmation or communication on this last order on March 24. . The specials take the longest. Very disappointed in customer service response. I'm still waiting on my March 24th order for the 3 t shirts special. I doubt i"ll be ordering again even though I really like the products I've ordered in the past.

I've ordered from here multiple times in the last few years, but lately it seems that it has gone drastically downhill. The products are nice and of good quality once you receive them...but the timing it takes to get them is beyond ridiculous. All of my previous orders within the last six months have taken at least a month or more before I ever get a shipping confirmation. Even with a tracking number (it is just pre printed label), items have sat for a few weeks before actually getting shipped. You try to email or fill out their customer service form and receive no reply or update. The money paid for the items is taken same day order was placed. I am down to waiting on one order I placed in late January and haven't received. Once that arrives I think I'm done ordering from Redline. They need to quit sending promotional emails and FB posts updating new machinery and buildings, and actually focus on the existing backlog of orders they have. The responses I've seen from Colin on some of the posts asking about overdue orders is rude. I liked the idea of American made products and supporting Veteran owned business. Again, the products I've ordered have been great, but the lack of professionalism and long arrival timing is very off-putting.

Customer service sucks! Left numerous voice messages, several email messages regarding my order! NO RESPONSE, until one month later!!! After I contacted my Discover card. Nicole told me, who expects to receive their order within ONE MONTH!!! I placed my order on March 3rd for a St. Patrick’s Day shirt!!! Send me a return shipping label! And, take customer service training!!!!!!!!

Have heard nothing from the company despite attempts to reach out. Did a websearch and not only found this page, but also the BBB and that currently has 1019 complaints against Redline Steel. I have disputed the charge with my bank. I admit I am sorry because I ordered the item as a representation of my last name (it's a flower so it was a pre-made item it appeared so no specializations needed). Why couldn't they just reply back to emails/etc? It would only take a moment. I'm an officer in an organization and even though things pile up, I do answer my email at least once or three if I can times a week so people know I am respecting them.
