I have tried to call over and over. The message said everyone is busy, leave your name and number and they will get back to you. It’s a lie...left over 20 messages! Two days ago I had $33 stole from my acct from REDLINE STEEL for something called a month box. I didn’t sign up for NO MONTHLY BOX. Then if you read the fine print it says they have the right to take $30 from you acct for you cancelling order from RED LINE STEEL. I had purchased three items in early March and I haven’t received any of them. Plus I want to know where my 3 items are They took the money for almost 6 weeks ago for. I always try to support our veteran owned companies but this is BS. NO customer service available at all. I will be contacting the BBB and anyone one else I can, about their NON ETHICAL PRACTICES!. Sad day when a veteran steals money from your checking accts. What a disappointment! These questions are a joke because I haven’t received my order from over a month ago...so who knows if it’s going to be delivered by ups or at all!

I'm having the same problem as all the other current reviewers. Placed the order...confirmed...Paid...Then received email saying pending...I have emailed asking if order is being processed. Response was that they would get back to me. I called got automated system saying they would get back to me. My order is Christmas gifts. I am afraid that I won't have them by Christmas (if ever??) And I am getting emails several times a day asking me to order more stuff at discounted rates. Really???? I chose to order from them because of it being a veteran owned business. I agree this does not make them look good at all.

I placed FOUR orders on 11/12/2020, believing I would have the products in time for intended Christmas presents. My PayPal account has already been charged for these orders. Since then, I have received email solicitations/offers from them EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I have sent several emails asking about the status of my orders, but have received no communication other than repeated offers and solicitations. This "veteran-owned" "US-based" company is giving veterans and the USA a very bad name. I would at least appreciate the courtesy of an order status update after repeated requests. Very frustrated and disappointed.

This company needs Marcus Lemonis to step in and help them out! They are waaaaaaaay behind on orders, their customer service is non-existent. Their ordering process has too many hoops and circles to jump through (always UPSELLIING!!). I just want to support this Veteran's business, but he's making it hard for me...

My order was filled after 108 days! I followed up several times with no response! I get an email that my order is on the way, yet the company never checked to see if I still needed it 108 days later. The company states that they are overwhelmed with orders. Could it be they are too busy bombarding me with all these special offers to not even reply to my query on the status of my order. Perhaps they should concentrate on the orders they received.

This used to be a good company. They are now taking over 5 months to deliver your product. Ordered in January, received in June. You can't get a hold of them through any means. They won't answer any communication but they are quick to take your money. You can't cancel your order. They are removing negative comments from their Facebook page and then block you from posting on their page at all. They are subscribing you to their monthly service at 40.00 a month without approval. Be very careful when ordering.

I ordered (March 2021) the boy dinosaur at the time the parents did not have a name yet I ordered it without one. I also ordered a split monogram, I received that one. The dinosaur is still in production to this date for several weeks I called the 800 number, can't leave a voice mail, sent e-mails and contacted them through the website several times with no answers. E-mails and other means dated 4/28, 5/19, 5/21 and 6/8 asked if I could get a name on it and I was told no because it is in production and processed, Are you kidding me Brooke (Customer Service and Communications). If anyone would have answered phones/e-mails etc. this would have not happened. Very bad communication will not recommend this company. I ordered from them because of being veteran owned,. As of today, no good review from me. Maybe they can go back on the Kelly Clarkson Show to apologize for their bad job of customer service. If I could give them a -10 stars for the review I would.

Thus far...I have not received any responses for over 6 weeks of asking, writing, emailing, calling, Facebook Personal Message, and support form filled out and sent. I ordered special monograms for three different addresses (three different orders) as house warming gifts.......STILL NO REPOSNSE.. I THINK I MAY HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORDERS...AND GET MY MONEY BACK IF I HEAR NOTHING TODAY... JUST POSTED ON FACEBOOK FOR STATUS. What I do receive are numerous office daily in my email to purchase, purchase, purchase...Why, they are so behind in fulfilling their commitments to their customers. this company was recommended by the person who got me my monogram two christmases ago... Very disappointed.

Was a great company order many products from them. Placed an order mid March and nothing. They won’t respond to emails. But they had no problem taking my money. I’m guessing his ego got to big now he doesn’t care about his customers

I placed an order several months ago and still have not received it. I have sent repeated emails to the company with no response . There have been other items I would have bought had I received my order but it would stupid on my part to order anything else from a company who wont even respond about an order placed months ago that hasnt been received. Redline Steel, please accept some good advice: you guys need to spend a lot less money on taking new orders and marketing to get new orders, and put some of that money on "filling the orders you already have taken" and have taken the money for, and "deliver those orders in a timely manner" !!! Your expected lead times also need to be posted or quoted up front especially when they're 5 to 8 weeks and longer. I placed orders on February 18th, 19th and I believe the 24th and I still have not received any of them yet. I received an email saying it usually takes 3 to 6 weeks so I'm waiting to see. Your reviews confirm what I'm saying here and I hope you will take some good advice. It's sad to see y'all are ruining your reputation while highly promoting that you are veteran-owned, too.

Mrs.Cook, I'm writing to let you know how disappointed and sickened by the actions of the company you advertise as a "Veteran Owned Business ". I placed ONE order in early January, which I have continually contacted asking the status of my order. Several emails stated that you had my order right in front of you and it hadn't been completed and I would receive an email when it was, which would include a tracking number. I waited very patiently and as you can see from my email dated March 1st, I gave ample time for the completion, stating that if your company couldn't, I requested cancelling my order and refunding my money. Being that I paid via PayPal, I logged onto my account only to find that you made several unauthorized deductions from my account in the same amount of $30.92 for the only order that I placed in January. I reported this to PayPal. I want to let you know that I still haven't received my order, and frankly don't expect to, but if by chance it does arrive,I will be refusing the merchandise. I certainly don't want anything from a company that keeps advertising so people will place orders, you take the money,and don't deliver. I should have read your reviews. It would have saved me alot of time and money x's 3 withdrawals by your fraudulent company. Please do the people of this country a favor, DON'T ADVERTISE as a VETERAN. No self respecting person who served and serves our country would ever take advantage of its people. You should be ashamed. As I have written here, I shall write again as your review on social media. You guys are a scam. You can’t get the merchandise that was originally ordered for nearly three months and then start trying to send random unwanted items after I have repeatedly told you I want no further products from your company. I will warn future customers to not give their credit card information or they will be unable to stop charges over and over. Invest some money in people to handle customer service so you can actually respond to concerns and stop charges after people cancel.

Redline is great at advertising and promoting their business. Horrible at customer service. I went with the company I "knew" when placing orders for my family for Christmas. Brand recognition can only take you so far, eventually the complaints will catch up. If only I had researched before ordering. My orders were placed in November before the delivery by Christmas cut off. $200 in gifts that still have not shipped. Which left me scrambling to buy replacement gifts at the last minute. Still can't get anyone to provide an eta for my orders.

Based on the marketing, TV appearance, veteran identification, and the Thanksgiving sales items on their web store, I decided to order a number of this year's Christmas presents from Redline Steel. Their website says non-custom items should ship within 1 to 3 weeks... plenty of time for Christmas gifts. Now 3 days before Christmas and 4 status requests without any response, I was forced to purchase alternative gifts. I have done ALL of my Christmas shopping for the past 15 years online... And Redline Steel is the worst experience that I have ever had with an online merchant. Their online catalog items look great, but they are a merchant that all but the most foolish should avoid.

I have 6 orders that I placed in November 3rd!!!Haven’t received not one of them and it's now Dec 15th! Have y’all lost the orders? They have all been paid for already. The orders are listed below. I ordered these for Christmas use. No one will respond to my emails or messages! I will let others know where to buy these products without the headache!

I ordered 2 items at the beginning of November. 4 weeks later they still have not arrived. I emailed the company and received a rude automatic reply that basically said if I kept complaining I would go to the bottom of the pile. They must mean their pile of complaints. I will never buy from this company and I don't recommend that anyone else get ripped off on this site.

Haven't received my order over 6 weeks but I did receive an email requesting I support their business and tell everyone how great they are. Well here it is. 1) No live chat 2) No answered phones. 3) No updates on where my items are in the process. They could have done this MUCH better. Remote customer service, remote chat, I feel someone making gains on the COVID roll, as I'm sure they had an influx of healthcare orders come their way.
