Very happy with our new honeycomb blind in the bedroom. We have used Regency Knights before for curtains and blinds in the house. Couldn't be more happy with result. They were able to install sooner than predicted.

We have used Regency Knights on a couple of occasions and have found them to be excellent. They are very responsive to requests, their sales staff are knowledgable and helpful and their installation team are great. From either a single window or a house full of blinds and curtains needed, they have always met or exceeded our initial expectations. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for window coverings.

I'm still waiting for return of blinds after they were taken for repair under warranty 2 weeks ago. Apart from that no complaints

Window furnishings are great. Every staff member we had any contact with was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to sort out any problem that arose. We are very happy with all our dealings with Regency Knights and would recommend them.

From the moment we walked into the shop in Fyshwick until our blinds were installed the whole team was friendly and great to deal with.

Over the past four years I have dealt with Regency Knights. From the moment I walked into the store their professionalism and knowledge of products was excellent. My honeycomb blinds were the ideal choice for my area. I have nothing but praise for them from purchase, installation and down to after-sales service.

I have used Regency Knights to furnish windows in my first home and when it came to window furnishings for my next home, it was a no-brainer. They may be pricy but the quality of the curtains and the professionalism of the staff is impeccable!

Such lovely helpful staff- polite, explained all options to me, helped me to design what I really wanted. The installation was really streamlined and fast and they did a great job- I’m really pleased with how our curtains look.

Despite some supply chain issues, the service has been excellent and very accommodating of a number of changes from original quotes. We still have several more blinds to be ordered and installed when more funds are available.

We originally had our entire house fitted with shutters, curtains and blinds by Regency Knights less than four years ago and were very happy with the service and products. About 12 months ago one blind motor failed (out of warranty), and was replaced with a new motor supplied by the manufacturer - service and installation again excellent. Now a second blind motor has failed, and the manufacturer (no longer used by Regency Knights, unsurprisingly) has stated that they will no longer support or supply a replacement for that motor, as they have produced a new model. We, and Regency Knights, were placed in the very difficult position of having to entirely replace a blind with new fabric ("old" fabric also discontinued) and a different motor. This significantly increased the replacement cost, with the complication of trying to find a fabric that matched, or at least blended with, the existing. Martin went to a great deal of trouble over this, and we reached a compromise over the supply and cost of a replacement motorised blind. This has now been installed and we are as happy as we can reasonably be under the circumstances. Once again the service on installation was excellent.

4 out of 5 is a great score from me, 3 is average. From the young fellow who came out to measure up (which I still owe a ride in my car) to the quote, pick of materials and installers it was a far better experience than other places we tried, and we tried all the big names. We felt part of the family and valued. Why did they fail on a perfect 5? Well the installer failed to lube all the rails on the installation and one of the plastic hooks broke as a result. That would not have been a big issue, but I had to go through a person in after-sales service who I swear worked for another company, it was an inquisition and didn't make me feel like they were going to do anything. And they had no authority to do anything either. When I did get a call back from someone else, the process was easy and the installer apologised for missing the lube and fixed the issue in 5 minutes.
