“We used Regency Knights store in Fyshwick (ACT) to provide and install 6 external awnings on our apartment balcony. The sales staff were excellent in providing information to ensure we got the best product for our needs - we went with 4 x 99% mesh straight drop blinds and 2 x 99% mesh channel lock blinds - and were prepared to negotiate an excellent price. And the team of installers were exceptional with efficinent and timely installation of the blinds. The post sale follow up from the Fyshwick store to ensure we were happy with the service was also excellent. We'd highly recommend Regency Knights for the purchase & installation of external awnings.”

“Very happy with our blinds and how they look. Easy quote and smooth installation process. Some issues with communication after payment. Waited a few days but I didn’t recieve any invoice or receipt through email as promised until I called to request it. Price was incorrect however the issue was solved quickly. Friendly and helpful service.”

“The staff at Regency Knights were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable from initial contact in the shopfront to installation. They helped us bring our costs down with suggestions for less expensive fabric and we were also able to use our existing curtain track. We were very happy with our whole experience and the installation actually happened a few weeks earlier than expected which was great as it was all finished shortly before Christmas.”

“AMAZING, we couldn't be happier. From the day we walked into your showroom to choose our block out blinds, to the measure and check measure and install. WOW!!!! The measurer Syed was exceptional, to the installer Troy (we hope we got the name right apologies if we didn't) job well done. “Regency Knights were excellent on most aspects of the job - as ever, they were reliable, punctual, and generally very careful with the work. There was just one issue where we thought you could have done better: the plantation shutters in the bathroom look good when they're closed. However, when they're open the gap between the shutter frame and the window is unsightly. This gap should have been better covered by additional timber strips when the shutters were installed. Otherwise very happy with the work.”
