I have a few things to say. I definitely regret to have joined Reliable Education based on their propaganda used in and out and I believe it is not what they really entail for their customers at the end of the day and their customer follow up is not up to standards. Shortly after I joined reliable education I became a single dad. After several attempts trying to finish up the first module more and more commitments appeared in front of me which made me come to the realisation that I will not able to complete the course due to my extreme change of circumstances I reached out to Reliable Education to discuss refund options and I explained the situation that I am currently at is not easy at all, I wanted to come to an agreement to at least get charged a percentage of what I've paid and get the remaining refunded just to be fair I was not asking for something out of the extraordinary. I was not able to get any assistance and was just pushed back several times by their customer support and my case was not escalated at all, they showed no empathy nor sympathy towards my situation as a single dad going through financial hardship and struggling throughout this pandemic, they had no intentions of helping out or even to get a different opinion of someone from a different field, they did not try to even relate to my situation they just brushed me off several times and it is quite hard to believe such a reputable company carry on like this. I was happy at first when I first signed up because they were very supportive throughout the sign up process but when it came to customer assistance or resolution they were zero to none I believe a business as reputable as this should not be carrying themselves out like that and push their customers away with no resolution or even show the slightest of empathy. they did not follow suit or try to remedy my situation. I've barely watched a module and they can see that I have not been able to use the course for all this time and they did not care about it and just decided not to help me any further and leave me dead in the water with no replies to my emails, and bringing up excuses like, we are extremely busy or we are getting things ready for a summit that is why we haven't replied to you in weeks. Who says that to customers, obviously the businesses who only care about their sale process but not the after sale. I find this utterly sad and disappointing to have to go through all this.

Hi Sergio, thank you for taking the time to write out a detailed review of your experience with us and we're sorry to hear that we have missed the mark in your case. Firstly, integrity is at the core of our DNA and our commitment is to set the right expectations upfront on all aspects relating to starting and building an Amazon business. We take extra care to inform all students of our refund policy and what is expected from them when they join our community, and what we offer when it comes to customer support. Which we are happy that we fulfilled in your case. After a few instances of students copying our content, and canceling their accounts months after joining Reliable Education we tasked our support team to be stricter on refunds and to protect our intellectual property, as we are a company that relies on our IP remaining safe and available only to our students. Your refund request, which came 5 months after becoming a student, was therefore treated as suspicious and not covered by our guarantee. Even though you requested a proportionate refund, in our eyes all of our content could easily have been consumed and even distributed by that point. As a business, we cannot have a policy that allows refunds to happen so long after a purchase was made. That just isn’t how companies that have intellectual property to protect can operate and succeed. It is very different from selling physical goods. That being said, we always want to judge each request for a refund on its own merits and realise that we can’t have a one size fits all attitude. After reviewing with the team we believe that our policy was too strict in your case. So we have followed up with you by email with a resolution that we hope you’ll be happy with. Usually, we would have spotted a case like yours and taken action, but your request came in at an extremely busy time for us and it slipped past without a proper review. That’s something that we will rectify and make sure that each case like yours is flagged to be reviewed by the management team regardless of when it comes in, so we can try and make sure that this doesn’t happen again. As we always want to be supportive at challenging times like these. Thank you again for flagging your situation to us, and we wish you all the best in the future.

Great course. Wanted to get right into the meat of the course but the beginning and setup modules have turned out to be very informative too. Now getting through the Product Research module and enjoying it. Would be keen to start our own product ideation and research journey soon.

So far I have found that the entity "Reliable Education" are true to their words and can be trusted. Their knowledge about E-Commerce has fascinated me. I am taking their advise seriously.

Reliable just makes sense, and opens up a world of possibilities! The training is great, easy to follow and able to complete around a busy life, juggling many things, work, kids etc.....awesome!

Often you listen to the initial sales pitch videos and they promise and make outrageous claims, however these guys deliver! The training is clear and no bs. No fluffy hidden stuff inside the box! Easy to manage around your day job. Highly recommended.

Joined Reliable after the 3-day summit and very happy with my decision. Adam, Joe and the community bring a high amount of positive energy to the table. I've recently started with module 2 and will complete all modules so I can start my Amazon journey as soon as I realistically can. The video interviews with other Amazon sellers are so inspiring. Listening to their problems, challenges and achievements is very inspiring. It paints a true picture of the hard work and the successes. I look forward to this process. Thank you.

I have been looking at the Amazon business for about a year and have been in on a few webinars and I was not moved by what they offered. When I heard Adams introduction of the Amazon business training through Reliable Education I was hooked. I watched the 5 videos on the same night and the rest is hisrory. So far I am getting more and more excited as I am about to complete module 2 of my training and I have not regretted joining RE

Excellent course. It is a very good value for money. Adam is a very good presenter. I like the fact that he is honest, he is not going with any bullsh****. He tells you the good thing and the bad things about the amazon business and everything you need to take in account to get successful on this journey. I definitely recommend the course 100% if you want to take your business to amazon very seriously.

I think being assigned to mentors would be great would be great because the group has grown quickly and the facebook group is not always the most convenient to post questions or ask questions.

Certainly was a good start to my Amazon journey - but I wish I had done a little more research before I spent the massive fee for the course. There are SO many fantastic FREE groups and excellent resources that are way more inclusive and supportive than RE. And these groups all support each other and share information - for FREE! And none of these groups are benefiting financially from each other. No affiliation. Not like ZonGuru / Page One / Danielle Bratek / Amanda Clarkson / Florinan (Chat Box) Just the genuine desire to truly help others. So thank you RE for unwittingly leading me to find other resources - but I won't be recommending RE to others.
