We are happy to learn that the engineer kept you updated during the repair & contacted you to provide you with a time slot on the day of the visit. Feedback is very important to Repair World & our Service Provider so your review will be passed onto all parties concerned. Just so you know should your appliance fail with the same fault as detailed in your initial repair within the 30 day warranty period, you can call our Customer Services Department on 9873737722 where they can arrange to send the original service provider back to you at no extra cost.
