“I was unsure of which key I needed, sent a picture to customer service had a response almost immediately. Keys ordered and delivered within a couple of days. Oustanding customer service, delilvery and a pleasure to have contact with. An amazing service - thank you so much.”

“Send an email with the photo of the lock tumbler on my windows and got a response in a few hours on a Sunday! Can’t guarantee that everyone will get this considering it was a Sunday however very pleased I did as I was very pressed for time to get my key identified and ordered. Safe to say that the key name and a link to the key on their website was sent to me. Thanks again Ian!”

“I’ve been looking forever for someone than could cut or supply news keys for our well known high security locks, and it seemed to be impossible. The only option seemed to be from the lock manufacturer and were very expensive. I found ‘Replacement keys’ online, saying they could identify my key from a photo, and their prices were so good, I had to take a sceptical punt. I did so yesterday afternoon, and the keys arrived today and work perfectly. This is an incredible, stress free service from start to finish and so easy. Thank you so much Replacement Keys Ltd. Once in a while ‘too good to be true’, is actually true.”

“Very efficient service from start to finish. From enquiring if they were able to cut my key without the security code card to receiving the keys was less than 24 hours! I got four keys for significantly less than one key (if I had got the security code card) from the well known high street key cutting store. All work perfectly. Thank you replacement keys!”
