“Total scammers! Mislead you to think you are booking through the actual hotel when in fact they are a third party who charges a hidden, additional fee to use them. Not to mention, when we checked in at the hotel on our arrival date, we were hit with considerable fees/taxes that they did not cover in their quote.”

“This is an absolute scam. It took more than 45 minutes to try and cancel a reservation I could not make because of an ice storm. Do not use this service. Agents barely speak english and are very rude.”

“Reservations.com for the hotel stay I used is a dishonest and misleading company that does not offer any value but rather serves to overcharge users, and the dispute resolution service is clearly designed to convolute and further frustrate customers so they will simply go away in frustration. You must contact the hotel directly. DO NOT EVER USE WWW.RESERVATIONS.COM”

“Reservations.com is total scam Popped up on google search, sine agents Take the call from oversea( India), I booked two rooms at a decent hotel, j was charged for reservation and booking , was given booking and reservation number , and confirmed. At the check in The hotel didn’t find our names and reservation, called reservation.com for help they gave a different booking number for a cheap hotel , I ended up at a cheap disgusting smelly with terrible customer service , take it or leave it, strange at the town bad weather conditions, nature of our business we took the deal . Do not ever consider reservations.com Total fraud, I was told some hotels help them with scamming . BE AWARE”

“DO NOT BOOK WITH RESERVATIONS.COM!! They set up their website to appear to be through the hotel website and then they trap you into paying extra service fees along with no cancellation policy and no refunds!!”

“In a matter of minutes after booking a room with a King, my confirmation tells me it's a twin double room (acessable). After calling RESERVATIONS.COM and talking with managers and all, no one would, could or was willing to change the room to the room we requested. The room I checked was a king, that's all I know, how it was changed doesn't matter. I still want to use reservation.com, and stay in the same hotel, the same day, just a different room. NO ONE ON RESERVATIONS>COM were willing or able to help rectify a simple snaffu. Use Expedia, Trivago, any other reservation company, their additional price ups were more than their competioion as well.”

“RUINED OR VACATION - I BOOKED A ROOM FOR 4 NIGHTS FOR A 2 BD SUITE. I WENT TO CHANGE MY DATES AND IT DOWN GRADED OUR ROOM. WE HAVE 8 PEOPLE ALL SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR. NOT OK. WE PAID FOR A 2 BD SUITE WE DID NOT GET IT THANKS TO RESERVING.COM NOT HAVING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN THEY DO EMAIL YOU BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER, THEY WILL NOT FIX THEIR WEBSITES' MISTAKES. THEY RUINED OUR VACATION.”

“If I could give a negative rating, I would. I tried to book a hotel for a visitor for one night. I called Reservations.com. They said my credit card had been declined, so while I had them ON THE PHONE I called my bank. The CS rep at the bank said that my card had been charged TWICE for the same booking - THREE times for the $20 FEE. Nevertheless, the booking NEVER went through, I never received a confirmation and had to call the hotel directly to book the room. The next day, I called Reservations.com for a refund and they told me to email their support group, which I did. I even sent them a screenshot of the charges to my card. I will update when I find out how difficult it's going to be to get my money back. They have yet to respond. Needless to say DO NOT USE RESERVATIONS.COM TO BOOK A HOTEL OR ANYTHING ELSE!”

“Do not use this site!!!! They are a rip-off!!! I was trying to make a reservation but fortunately, it never went through. I tried it twice neither time it did not go through. Come to find out it charged me $19.99 twice. When I called to get my money back they said I have to wait 5 to 7 business days until the charge falls off. After reading all these bad reviews I hope I can get my money back.”

“I reserved with reservations.com and they confirmed my nightly rate then added $190 of "taxes and fees" to the bill. I didn't see these charges until the confirmation email. I ask to cancel and they said there is no refund and you can't change dates or cancel. I later received a nasty email from them and they distributed my cell phone number to SPAM companies that called my cell phone 75+ times a day now for three days. This is a DISHONEST and fraudulent company that needs to be exposed.”

“they are a total ripoff put in wrong date by one day paid 114.73 say thers nothing they can do but refund me which was only 23$ so they pocket 91.73$ dont use them”

“Better triple check everything before you do the confirmation. Their website flipped our reservation to another city and we didn't notice until i got the reservation in an email. Wrong city in wrong province and they stated when i called, too bad so sad it is non refundable.”

“When we checked in to the hotel after paying this site in full, the manager told us there was no booking under our name and that it is a scam site. Hyatt sold us a new room and advised us to call our credit card company. Immediate help and charge back from AMEX. Reservations.com is practicing fraud”

“My wife had a medical emergency and we were unable to travel. Reservations.com said that I was too late to cancel - too bad - we got your money. Never use this service - they are just a bunch of scammers. I would give them negative stars if I could.”

“IF I COULD HAVE THESE PEOPLE ARRESTED I WOULD!!!!!!!! THEY A THE SCUMBAGS OF THE INTERNET BOOKING GAME... WHEN YOU CANNOT GET A RESERVATION FOR THE DATES/TIMES YOU WANT TO BOOK ON A TRAVEL WEBSITE THEY MISLEAD YOU INTO THINKING YOU CAN GET A GOOD RATE AND BOOKING BY USING THEM - THROUGH A LINK TO THEIR SITE. THEN THEY CHARGE YOU THE ENTIRE BALANCE DUE IMMEDIATELY! THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANY CANCELLATION SPEAK AND ACTUALLY HANG UP ON YU WHEN YU WANT TO CANCE;. BE AWARE THAT THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM TO RIP US ALL OFF BY TRYING TO BOOK TRAVEL TO WHERE WE WANT TO GO AND CONFIRMING SOME RANDOM HOTEL IN DELUTH, MN OR SOMWWHERE YOU'LL DEFINITELY NOT GO! “This is the worse agency you can possibly hire! No skills dealing with incident management. They are rude and not helpful in their interactions.We had our flight cancelled very last minute and we called both the agency and the hotel to notify we will be a no show. They are still trying to make us pay for the full amount of 3 nights stay even though we notified them for a no show within the cancellation policy (before 18.00 PM of the first day) which we would only pay for one night as a fine. They've caused myself and my family so much stress - please book somewhere else.”
