i payed to reinstate service today and am being sent back to the page to pay again....refund my money if I cannot be provided service...not a satisfied customer

Bought the licence key and ran restoro through my laptop on the 12/1/2021 It has completely ruined my HP laptop which is only 18 months old. The laptop is in a never ending safe mode loop and I can't log in as an administrator to try and make changes, including deleting it. Be wary of the possibility it can trash your laptop.

I seemed have paid three times for the same service. I'd appreciate the refund you promised. Now I find I need enter a key to use the sofware and I can't find a way of retrieving the key or keys! The program insists that I need to scan my computer at drop of a hat. Why is still not built into my Windows system. Let me out pf here!!!

It should warn people before wasting time scanning that is costs money. A site recommended it to my friend so we had no clue it costed money.

Not sure what this program did for me. I paid and was disappointed. I really don't know what it did for me. Have not seen any improvement. Just more of the same nothing. I would like to know what it did for me...….Can anyone show me the actual performance increase and how was it done.

why have you stop my restoro to work i pay for the best of 3 and i see today you have change the price from 369 to 560 but i bought it 15/7/21 -i send you a a copy from my bank i pay the 15/7/21 i have send it to you ..and tomorrow i phone my bank course they help me i never use my visa card but my credit card on net ..then my bank will help get the money back or you must give the program i pay for i give you 3 days .so i hope you act like grown up people and be polite and help or you must pay me back

My pc is running fine, and fast. Though I didn't know I was having any problems before I purchased Restoro and Lionel called. Then showed me the admin event logs. I will keep monitoring the pc and will update my review accordingly. Though it was expensive, my Acer is running very good. Thanks Paulo

I purchased a once-off Restoro on the 8th June 2021. My understanding was - still is once Restoro had"fixed" the problems your laptop is 100% because all software has been restored which caused the problem in the first place. Today 18 June 2021 Restoro wanted to do a scan - so yes I did one.. Guess what! the same issues that were detected in the first scan popped up again. My laptop is still as slow as before the "fix" I want to uninstall this Restoro because it's definiately NOT working an they going to keep trying to extract more money from me. MOST DISAPPOINTED especially after reading all the raving reviews.. Really another Restoro found Maleware ?? should have been fixed the frist time around.
