Very good service. I would have had to replace my computer by now if not for the monthly maintenance done by Restoro. They have also fixed compatibility issues encountered from an auto update to Windows 11. This service is a must have!

your credit card verification process sucks if you don't have text messaging. i've used both credit cards previously with no verification needed or any other problems.

Why does one contact an organization like Restoro as they have a problem. Restoro gets one in and sign up. There is NO paper trail and all by phone and chat. Emails questions are NEVER answered and the replies only brings more questions and again NO answers. Once you have signed up and paid money one is told that your problem is a different part of the organization and you need to pay more money to talk with them to supposedly fix your problem. Restoro is typical of businesses today, your problem you fix it. Restoro cannot understand that the average you and me cannot go into a computer to do this and that. Restoro can talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. A point to watch out for is that there appears to be no record of the problem to commenced communicating with them and no paper trail and after sixty days your time is up, no problem fixed unless you pay more money. Does not one hear this all the time now Even if desperate give this company a wide berth as they will take your money and fix nothing unless you pay more The questions asked below again highlight a major problem as there is more than one answer to the questions. Yes, live chat, yes email and yes telephone when one tries to phone The company replies to your queries BUT NOTHING IS RESOLVED but if you pay more money??????? Customer Services has been trained well. Don't answer questions and good at deflecting causes and problems and making you do the work

Bought the licence key and ran restoro through my laptop on the 12/1/2021 It has completely ruined my HP laptop which is only 18 months old. The laptop is in a never ending safe mode loop and I can't log in as an administrator to try and make changes, including deleting it. Be wary of the possibility it can trash your laptop.

I seemed have paid three times for the same service. I'd appreciate the refund you promised. Now I find I need enter a key to use the sofware and I can't find a way of retrieving the key or keys! The program insists that I need to scan my computer at drop of a hat. Why is still not built into my Windows system. Let me out pf here!!!

It should warn people before wasting time scanning that is costs money. A site recommended it to my friend so we had no clue it costed money.

Not sure what this program did for me. I paid and was disappointed. I really don't know what it did for me. Have not seen any improvement. Just more of the same nothing. I would like to know what it did for me...….Can anyone show me the actual performance increase and how was it done.

When I was gaming, I was experiencing lag, fps drop, packet loss, and a jittery mouse cursor. So, I called Restoro and explained when was happening with my PC. They were VERY kind and VERY helpful to me. They hooked me up with Mark and Anthony. They helped me through the whole prosses and were very easy and kind a just very outgoing and would answer any question or concern I was having. They talked me through what was going to happen without any downsides/side effects that was bad. they game that i was experiencing trouble with was Apex. i was running 30-60 fps, but mark and Anthony saved me, and I thank them so much for heling and guiding me and being patient though out the whole process. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THAT U DOWNLOAD RESTORO AND ESPECCALY RECCOMEND ANTHONY AND MARK. Again, I thank them for everything they have done and supported me and helped me with. 5 STARS (Mark and Anthony are the best workers in Restoro history. They are above any worker. I can tell because they have high patience and respect with the people they work with.

I had a script error in my Windows Live Mail,so I used your programme to remove it. I used the free version and did everything by hand.Unfortunately it did not work and it is still there.
