“My computer was crashing and as I was receiving notices that my space was full and needed to buy more space I thought that was the problem. However, I was shown there was more space still available on my PC. Mark from Restoro, then started to look at what he thought could be the problem and after a few questions to me and using his knowledge he found incompatible programmes were running in the background causing the crashes. He very quickly got rid of those programmes got me top load various windows that I used which were always crashing and I found that the PC was back to normal without all the crashes. Mark was very professional and quick and I appreciated what he did to correct the problems. He was quicker in fixing the problem than it has taken me to type this review.”
