Appalling customer service. Talking to a Bot first, then a real person. They could not answer a direct question regarding transfers, that I need to know. Then the agent killed the chat box! Before he did I asked for a Sup? No, an email address? NO! Revelot should be closed in my opinion. I will advise ereyone I know to stop or never use them. I would give minus 10, if only I could!

Ik heb op proef een paar weken een bankrekening gehad bij Revolut . Maar opzeggen van de bank rekening lukt niet . Ik heb inmiddels vanalles geprobeerd ze reageren nergens op . Ik heb mijn huidige bank geïnformeerd over de gang van zaken . Die houden voor mij het goed in de gaten dat ze niet rare fratsen uithalen. Beter hier geen rekening openen!!

I registered with Revoult as I want to have a card for my son as now alot of cashless. So far till date, he have fraud transactions which this is the 3rd time and have his card blocked twice and was sent a new card. I was with him at home and there was charges of $2.30 from bus/Mrt, I wrote in to ask CSO to assist and they assured me but today Revolut just minus the negative amount from my card. Where is the integrity? I checked again with CSO and last I spoke to was ChrisT, he asked me to report to merchant and again ask me report to authorities. He is not very helpful compared to the other CSO. If I know who is the merchant, what is the point of me going to Revolut customer service!!!!!! This is the worse service I received from this CSO!!!!!

Slow and robotic support even on Ultra plan. You can not cancel Ultra plan after 6 months, it's after 7 months although they say in their terms that you can cancel without penalty "after 6 months".

I am feeling more and more unhappy with Revolut. It started being a quite good app and I felt more encouraged to used them instead of my traditional bank, specially for traveling. My experience is being so so as I am feeling unprotected with them. I travelled to Tunisia and I read on Revolut forum that QNB is the only bank that they do not charge commission/fee for withdrawal money. I looked for that ATM and on the screen I was no indicated that they would charge. I found out days after that I have been charged £2.53 extra fee. I contacted to Revolut team/customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. So unhappy and unprotected.

I've been with Revolut for a few years now, it's been brilliant for my foreign travel incidental purchases, however, when I've needed support/help basically there is none - you're on your own. I've read many reviews, saying much the same, it's obvious that there's a problem with their customer service system and for this reason I'm looking to move banks. The stress and lack of support when you've been a victim of online crime is too much to have to deal with. So disappointing from Revolut.

SHOCKING COMPANY. Referral scheme is nothing short of a scam. Online support also SHOCKING? No option of human contact even for problem resolution their bots can't deal with. Refused to pay referral promise.... reason given that my daughter failed to complete steps required within required timescale. They gave her TWO days which ended a week before she even received her card. Disgraceful.......nothing short of a form of scam. Have obviously closed my account but caution anyone thinking of opening an account with this company. There are better alternatives out there offering the same services but to much higher standards of customer service and loyalty. ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO BE ABUSED.

A total nightmare to deal with their shady verification system! Spent 1.30 hr by first uploading my utility bill. And also as a last resort, I uploaded my credit card statement where the account details are clearly visible. All other financial regulatory companies accepted those details but Revolut verification team wanted me to upload my full credit card statement, really!? It came down to a point it appeared to me that their onboarding verification team was making fun out of my honest document uploads. Keep away! Please try Monzo/Metro/Lloyds etc.! Now they are also not co-operating with me to delete my PII data even though I was never onboarded. And they are keeping me as a data hostage. A total shamble tbh!

Not secure at all. A friend and me both fell for the same scam. Barclays blocked her payment and she didn't lose the money. Me, with revolut, lost the money and revolut said they can't do anything. When I tried to write a complaint, suddenly and conveniently their complaint system was failing and I could not submit it.

I had opened an account on a trial basis. After a few weeks I wanted to cancel. Tried everything, no response, costs continue as usual. Where do I cancel!!

I tried using Revolut, but it is completely broken, I am sticking with Wise. I forgot my passcode for Revolut, and none of the reset options work. Selfies do not work. Email verification does not work. SMS text verification does not work. Their customer service is worthless. Their telephone number just connects to a bunch of recordings and there is no way to get through to a real person. I have been unable to verify my identify through their email service, they keep telling me that they did not receive the identifying information which I sent them. There is no way for me to cancel this card and there is no way for me to access this account. I regard it as a security risk to have an open Visa account with no way to access it online and no way to access their customer support.

Their app is good, so please use them for very small amounts, i.e. if you have a trip abroad and need to pay something using the one-off card system for example, or maybe some currency transactions, they are good for that. However, NEVER deposit large amounts with these people, they will do ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING THEY CAN to keep hold of your money for as long as possible when you want to withdraw. Things can go well but there will be moments when you will curse the day you have made a transfer or used Revolut. Their customer service is absolutely useless (I mean the chat system) as they will on most occasions not be able to help: they will be saying " computer says no!" and that will be it. If you find yourself in an urgent situation where you really need the funds and there is an issue with Revolut you can forget about it, they will not help, nor try to do anything about it. In conclusion, they are OK for small transactions, a few hundred here and there, BUT NEVER make them your main account, NOR use them to buy shares or cryptocurrencies. They do have a good app BUT that is it, nothing else behind to back it up with proper customer service. So, if you want to know how financial Wild West feels, go ahead and use them.

Please do not use Revolut, they are very unprofessional. They ask not relevant question to the transfer and even if you want to transfer the money to your own current account they stop the transfer and do not want to help. IGNORE

App is nice but company is meh, and customer support gave me incorrect info leading to loss of money. Don't recommend keeping a lot of money with them.

Total scam lie about a welcome bonus. Saw a video about this card on You Tube, said there was a welcome bonus worldwide and when I asked why I had not received it they said it was only for Singapore, even though they have US listed on the site as a welcome bonus option. If they are lying about this, what else are they lying about? Total Scam of a card, don't get it!

I signed up for Revolut to transfer money for a coach who is based in the UK. I uploaded my drivers license, input my SSN# and kept getting messages that they couldn't verify my SSN#. I tried multiple times. Not sure why this is so difficult through Revolut. Finally, I just transferred the money through WISE. I highly recommend WISE. The fees are low and you won't run into any problems. I deleted the app from my phone and am so much happier now.

They have $25,000 of my money and are just holding it, they will not send it back and just make nonsense excuses They are a true scam They are fraud Keep your money away from them!!!! I will keep everyone posted.as to how corrupt they are!

Revolut didn't believe that I was a victim of fraud instead they accused me of doing the transactions I claimed as not mine (30+ Domino's Pizza transactions for £1500, in 2 days), and deactivated my account by accusing me of misusing the right to dispute transactions. There's an obvs fraud activity in my transactions and instead of opening an investigation they blamed me super quick. When I asked to understand how quick they made this decision, and whether they had confirmed with the merchant via support, they said they believed I was familiar with the charges! I am speechless of the way their customer services and team turned around. It is clear that I haven't made it but they're being not reasonable. Please do not TRUST Revolut. They should notice the suspicious activity, +20 domino's orders in a day and 30+ in 2 days. It's obvious that they can't monitor fraud activity. Any other bank would have declined the payments when they noticed a pattern. There are back to back payments made for a fake Domino's pizza shop! Also, there were a lot of Google card-verified notifications. It is obvious suspicious activity when you look at my statement and scroll for a while until they finish. But for Revolut team it is not a fraud activity. I have done those transactions... I now understand what people mean by 'REVOLUT is not a bank'.

Avoid using Revolut at all costs! They advertise as being a crypto friendly bank, but whilst making a small transfer of £2000 to the reputable, well established, crypto exchange Kraken, my account was restricted. I searched the Internet for a phone number to contact Revolut, and there are no phone numbers available that lead to speaking with a human! So I contacted them via App Support where I spent literally 4 hours being pushed around various departments, communicating with 6 different people, jumping through all kinds of hoops, only to have no resolution at the end of if all!! I still have no access to my own money. Furthermore whilst on App Support with Revolut I received a discerning, assume fraudulent phone call, asking me to transfer all the money I held in my Revolut account to cover a Visa payment that I'd not made! Revolut's customer service is terrible and I believe the whole company to be a scam. I consider Revolut fraudulent.

Utter trash desperate to get people to sign up , sad really , they try to get people to jump through hoops no benefit over a high street bank
