“Had to bring our Yukon in to have the passenger air bag changed per recall. We made appt way in advace. Of course we dropped it off at 9 am. Which was the appt time we were provided. Told at the time of drop off should take 1 to 2 hours at the most. 3 hours later still waiting for it to be done. Why wait to get appt when they don't start on it. When asked why so long. All they say is sorry will be done soon. So frustrating, there is no such thing as courtesy of ones time anymore. And forget customer service. Nobody knows what that is anymore.”
