Amazing service by Jack Carter and his team at Reynolds GMC. We had traveled from San Diego to Bakersfield then back to San Diego when an emissions error came on the dash. We were so worried that we wouldn't make it home. The vehicle we were driving was our roommates and Reynolds GMC was on the way when the system told us that in 55 miles we would be reduced to max speed of 5MPH. This wasn't an option with a family of 4 in the car and still 100 miles from home. Not only that we were towing a racecar home. Not knowing the neighborhood and it getting later in the day we were unsure if we could given get it fixed. The team took us in right away. Cleared the error. We must have waited only an hour to be able to get back on the road to make it home safe. This team is top notch in my book. When there's an emergency they did the right thing. They took us in, didn't push us away and say the car needs to stay here overnight. After all of this they called our roommate to make sure we made it home safely. Thank you to this amazing team who did the right thing and got us back on the road quickly and safely.

I went in to trade in my Camaro 1LT to the SS they had on the lot. Kennedy, was straight to the point and made the process easy and smooth vs all the other dealers I went to as I was in the market looking for the SS. They don’t play any funny business and Kennedy was great in assisting me with my purchase. He treated me as if I were part of the reynolds family and that’s what a family own business should be. I really respect that so much and I would recommend anyone that’s interested in your dream car and see that this dealer has it on their lot to go with the full process. You will come out satisfied forsure! Thank you guys for everything.

Had to bring our Yukon in to have the passenger air bag changed per recall. We made appt way in advace. Of course we dropped it off at 9 am. Which was the appt time we were provided. Told at the time of drop off should take 1 to 2 hours at the most. 3 hours later still waiting for it to be done. Why wait to get appt when they don't start on it. When asked why so long. All they say is sorry will be done soon. So frustrating, there is no such thing as courtesy of ones time anymore. And forget customer service. Nobody knows what that is anymore.

Beware of this business when buying a preowned vehicle!! If I can give negative 5 stars I would! My husband and I drove 1.5 hours away to look at a pick up truck that is listed on their website. When we got there, the sales rep said the truck is still available but it's not on the lot because it was loaned to a 'Manager.' I asked why the truck is being used as a personal vehicle by a manager when it's listed as for sale with 1200 miles. He said because they sometimes do that on preowned cars. Really??? So now, not only the truck for sure has additional miles on it but it's also being driven by multiple people. Why the hell would I want to buy a used truck from that dealership knowing that managers or whoever works there take turns driving it for personal use?? Now when I talked to the manager there he said the owner, who is Reynolds, took the truck for personal use. The story changed from a manager using it to the actual owner of the company using it. The manager also mentioned that I should have called to check if the truck was there. That statement is irrelevant! I could have but if the truck wasn't there because it was purchased by another customer prior to me arriving there, then that would've been fine. That would've been my fault for wasting my time BUT that is not the case here. Stay clear of this SHADY family owned business. Carfax shows 1 owner but this company allows their employees to use it for personal use. Why would you want to purchase a used vehicle knowing that info? The manager was very unprofessional and who knows who was telling the truth. This family business is giving the other family businesses a bad rep! Stay clear. Purchase your vehicle somewhere else!

I had a very positive experience leading a Buick from Reynolds and when the lease was up I purchased a vehicle from Reynolds I would not hesitate doing business again with Reynolds

From the day we purchased our GMC Terrain in 2012 we have been pleased with the service and courtesy provided by Reynolds Buick GMC. They have done an excellent job looking after routine service and a few repair jobs that were necessary. The car always came back to us better than it was when we brought it in. I have developed a strong bond with service rep. Jack Carter, and I appreciate all he has done for my wife and I over the years. David Mile
