Great service as always. Most of our gear was really good. no troubles changing equipment when needed. My daughters ski jacket was old and well worn, I think you need to invest in some new ones. See you guys next year in Niseko.

On arrival, our first experience was very poor. The girls at the front desk were quite rude and as a result my friend ended up in tears. I spoke with Julie-anne to let her know of our experience. We'd pre-booked our gear online (four families within our group). The girl that served my friend was so rude, that she decided not to give Leisa a free coffee card when the rest of us received one for booking online. I wasn't aware of this when speaking with JA so didn't pass on this info. On arrival into the store, there wasn't clear direction as to where to go. Perhaps a sign that hangs from the ceiling to "check in here" over the centre counter. There's online check in on the left, a centre desk, staff to the left and right with boarding and skiing fitting. People everywhere and it was overwhelming not knowing which desk to go to first. Keep in mind that most people have travelled a long way to get to Hakuba, are tired from travel. First timers are already zapped so clear direction and support on walking in the store would aid first impressions and alleviate confusion and overwhelm especially when the store is maxed with people. We booked and paid for our gear online, filled in all the details; weight, height, foot length to arrive and it appeared that non of this detail was accessed or used. It felt like a waste of time to provide when we were sized up on arrival. You guys had also run out of boots for my son (a school group had visited the day prior). Thankfully they found a pair, but it took some time and they really didn't appear confident they could supply boots for a short period of time. Again, annoying in that we had paid and provided details. We greatly appreciated the delivery and pick up of gear, also the refunding of gear returned early.

Polite enough. Picked up from hotel in a timely manner but not that keen to get us back with our gear?! The skis were ok - not as good as others said about the newest gear etc. My ski edges were not sharp at all and there were lots of grooves out of the bottom of them. Premium package. They did not have my length of ski so I had to go down 6cm. This was ok due to conditions but with supposedly high stock levels i was surprised. Others closer to our hotel (and cheaper) but I went here due to reviews- possibly try elsewhere next time.

Pretty good! Would like the ability to book a certain ski ahead of time, but didn't end up being an issue.

Pros: Ski boots fitting and Ski selection person are really professional. RIght size in first setting! Cons: No rocker room or cloak for shoes. No waxing on the Ski.

We have a shoe storage options for the firs and last day of your rental and all of our rentals are waxed after each rental. Efficient and friendly service. Easy to swap gear. Felt a bit disappointed with the skis I was provided with - very heavy and not ideal for the present conditions. I swapped them later and requested a particular pair that were excellent. All good. Happy to return. Ideally, would love to hire resort telemark gear next time. Any chance of getting this gear over to Japan Rhythm? Cooma has a good range! Saw a fair few Tele skiers on the slopes too. Could be a growing market? Cheers!

Snowboards and boots were great condition with friendly staff in a busy shop. Husband also rented some Apres boots as he didn't have any waterproof boots which were terrible to walk any distance in and rolled in when walking. Bring your own waterproof shoes with good ankle support.

Great gear and service. The queuing system could have been more efficient as I waited for 30 mins standing to do an exchange for my board and there were others cutting queues as it wasn’t clearly stated if there was supposed to be 1 queue for all counters or a queue for each counter. However finally someone noticed myself and another poor young guy waiting (he waited even longer than I did) and we were immediately tended to after. Overall still a great experience.

Was all great except i was given 1 size apre ski boot and an different size for the other boot. My husbands ski boots were too small and had to be swapped. The ski collection service from the hotel was excellent. Overall all good
