My husband and I Recently hired Ski equipment in Niseko at Rhythm, we booked online and it was a straight forward and efficient process Once we arrived. We were fitted In store by someone who mentioned they were from Czech he was very knowledgeable and friendly he carried our skis upstairs And made it a good experience thank you very much !

Everyone at the shop was very accommodating. I came back after two runs to exchange my skis and the guy spent a long time looking for what I really wanted when he thought there was only one pair available and he found it. He even carried them up the stairs so I could just walk out the door to the gondola. Everyone was friendly and helpful I would highly recommend rhythm to anyone who needs skis in Niseko or Hakuba!

Process for pick up and check out of snowboard gear was very easy and quick. Staff was helpful in getting me a board to fit my riding preference. I would recommend and come back again!

While I have booked my skis with Rhythm for over 15 years I was disapointed this time....U had on lined booked for 7 days...but snaow was not there so picked up skis 2 days later....@ 2.30pm on Sunday 16th...only to be told I had to pay for the Sunday because it was before 3.00pm...I said "Really!!! Its not as if Im going up to do night skiing on the ICE!!!" She was quit adimate about it...so I left it at that....Well it seam 15 years of loyallity doesnt add up to much....disapointerd...

All feedback we receive is appreciated and is directed to upper management so we can endeavour to do better. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your rental experience with us. Our rental policy is flexible to allow a free of charge pick up the day prior to your first day skiing from 3pm and drop off before 10AM the day after your last day. We apologise if this was not communicated to you effectively whilst you were in store when you received the refund for the two days not used at the start of your trip. Please send us an email next time you are visiting for a returning customer discount on your rental items, info@rhythmjapan.com We really hope to see you again next time you are in Niseko as we do thank you for your repeat business with us. have been renting at rhythm for 3 yrs now every time we come to niseko. The cashier/customer service at main hirafu store can be more friendlier and nicer. most of the time lines are long and lining up to pay takes a long time, one time i have a concern and there is no one to entertain the complain they told me to go to the counter and the counter people are busy so i was waiting for for 45 mins standing waiting for someone to assist. not a good service if u ask me

Picking up and returning my ski was smooth, but the equipment wasn't in great condition. Paying online was a bit cumbersome, it would be great if they could accept Bitcoin.
