I have no evidence that I have purchased Legal Protection. When I 'phoned on the 24th after I had bought the policy to ask for an email to be sent to me for confirmation I was told that an email would not be necessary because Legal Protection would appear on the documents that I can read in my online account within 24 hours of buying the policy. It is now 2030 hours on the 26th and I still don't have conformation that I have Legal Protection! My Schedule tells me to look at my Summary to see all the cover I have. The Summary tells me to look at the Schedule (!!). It also tells me to look at the quote, but when I try to do that I'm told that there is no access to the quote once it has been accepted! Also, before I phoned I filled in the online query form to ask the same the question but when I clicked the "Submit" button nothing appeared to happen. I'm beginning to worry about how you deal with claims.

For myself, this site is immediately off putting as the title list is inadequate. It doesn't provide the option to list myself as a Rabbi, and to get listed as a Rev. I had to go to the telephone. This created a poor impression right from the start.

Disappointed thatI had to go through the hassle of getting quotes from on line comparison site to get better price for my car insurance. Why is it that you don't quote the best possible price when sending out the renewal notice...hardly encourages customer loyalty!!

Sadly unimpressed so far, but hope it gets better. I have been in touch with your support people because I could not load my proof of NCD to your web portal. Response has been prompt (good), but 50% of the time they do not appear to have read my email or the history or do not understand what is going on. Very frustrating to get responses from people who are not reading the call history. No idea at the moment when I'm going to get access to the portal needed to access documents and manage my policy.

Recently purchased car insurance and opted to receive documents electronically. Received e-mail later that day saying to create an account and review and download documents with a rider stating that if I didn't it could invalidate my insurance. Tried to do as instructed but all I kept getting was a notice that either the details submitted were incorrect or the account was already in use. The account could not be in use as I could not create one, and I cannot see if documentation is correct as I cannot get to my documents. I telephoned to be told that this had happened to a few people that same day and was advised that my documents would be posted. I have still not received them and am unable to check if all details are correct.

Since having my proof of motor insurance No Claims Discount entitlement accepted electronically by RIAS on 15 October I have subsequently received two letters from the company claiming that I haven't sent it. The second letter says my policy will be cancelled if I fail to provide it by tomorrow. Very worrying. Customer Services say lots of new customers are experiencing similar problems caused by a systems migration error. Wish I'd simply renewed with my previous insurer now.

I found your on line car insurance forms very confusing and hard to see exactly what I was getting for comprehensive insurance. I had to submit the same details about 6 tines before it registered the information in some parts. It took me two days to complete . You are lucky to have me ,it is only because you were offering a great price I persisted at all and it cost me an extra £6 because of the extra day.

can'tunderstand why the money was taken out of my account over a week before my policy started i would have thought it would have been taken on the day my policy started it was a good job i had funds to cover it some people might not

I received over two weeks letter that either contained nothing but a return envelope and the second a possible loss of car cover. The phone number on the letters also is a costly one and is being phased out,still had to redial to get the cheaper call. The issue was in fact one at there end,and although a sincere apology was given it was still my time and money being wasted.

RIAS claimed to allow up to 9 years NCD. I had not had a claim for 10 years and showed documentary evidence for that last claim. However RIAS would only accept the NCD allowance of the previous insurer, which showed less than 10 years because their maximum was less. Hence RIAS discounted my evidence and demanded an extra 15% on top of the original quote which I paid grudgingly. Their renewal quote, including an extra year's NCD was 15% higher again.

Not at all pleased with the attitude of your customer service. Absolutely horrified at a charge of £25 for moving house during the insured period.
