Except one or two minor probs I am happy to renew my Home Contents (for sevarel years) with your compny. I will definitely recomend RIAS. Thank you Mrs Still

Initial quote £195. When I call to query 50% increase, " I'll talk to my manager" gets it back to last year's at £136. Why this trickery? Do you think I'm a sucker who will just pay your first shot. Next time be honest in the beginning. I stayed because the service otherwise is good and the revised premium was very competitive. But please don't play games next year.

We have been pleased with the way our one claim a few years ago was dealt with and the price was competitive, despite the suggestions of some other online sites

When trying to renew my car insurance by phone I was holding for 14 minutes one day and 12 minutes another. However, when I got through early one morning the person I spoke to was very helpful.

Not pleased that I didn't get notifications for my renewal, got a phone call two weeks later to renew over the phone. It's the first time that this has happened usually get notice a few weeks before.

I have been with RIAS for a number of years and until this year have had the same policy and client number.This year when I received my renewal notification I noticed the policy number had changed and also the contact telephone number,I phoned this new number and spoke to a really helpful adviser who offered me a very favourable offer on my insurance which I accepted.When I checked my bank the payment was going to Castle Cover not Ageas so another phone call to RIAS and I was told there was a restructure going on and was assured my insurance was still underwritten by Ageas. I have today received two letters from RIAS.One with my original policy number on to confirm my policy had been amended and giving me the revised policy schedule and another with yet another new policy number and telephone number confirming my cover for another year.All a bit confusing.So I have just phoned RIAS again and hopefully now the confusion is cleared up.I hope things will run more smoothly next year!

When I phoned the young lady was very courteous and as I was only renewing my policy there is nothing more I can add
