“My Facebook post from August 9th, 2023. I just want to give a quick shout out to the people over at Ribbons Galore. In my haste to design a last-minute ribbon, I uploaded, ordered, and paid for a ribbon with a clear typo. My brother noticed before me and I immediately sent an email to them expressing how I messed up and to see what they could do. I also attached a copy of the correct design in my email to them. As I impatiently waited for them to open up on the West Coast this morning (I'm on the East), I got an email from them saying they got the new image and will make the change. A couple hours later, they sent me a copy of my new ribbon, and assured me that my mistake would not slow down production, or affect my delivery date (they will be here the day before DragonCon). I was so freaked out that either I would end up with a ribbon with a stupid typo, or get them too late, but Ribbons Galore took care of everything. Thank you Kim Gluvers, and everyone at Ribbons Galore.”

“Excellent quality control and done in a timely manner! My partner and I made matching ribbons for DragonCon, attended a meetup with other ribbon collectors, and had ordered a custom-made set of ribbons that turned out truly fantastically. I will definitely order through this site again, and recommend the expedited shipping. I'm overall very pleased with the quality!”
