“Unfortunately I choose a TV that did not fit my needs, I wanted one that I could use my cordless headphones and at the same time others in the room could listen to the TV. I asked for Sony but when I came to use it I found only one the other can be played at once. This is when Richer Sounds proved they are the best place to buy your TV from they exchanged it for a Panasonic no problem. And all that & a 5 years Guarantee Why go anywhere else..”

“Had an Idea of what I wanted, my daughter recommended the store, so we called in to check it out and I'am glad we did. After talking with Kevin (KB013) (who is not listed on there staff list) I made my purchase and collected it later that afternoon from the store.”

“This is my third purchase from Richer Sounds and on every occasion the service has been brilliant, on this occasion the tv I was after was unavailable just about every where so I asked the Richer Sounds shop in York to reserve one for me when available, which they did within days. Could not ask for better service.”

“Wanted 32" TV just for ps3/4 knew immediately over phone what was best tv for my needs had both options in stock, both tv's were on display on arrival, very professional. Only downside was didn't know how to connect px21 headset via ps3 to TV and said I needed extra cable (only few quid) big discussion over inputs vs output sockets, didn't buy cable headset worked normally. Would recommend staff to up skill if asking tech questions about peripherals and would be usefull to have a console playing in store rather than normall blu ray films. Other than that outstanding, bought my last 2 tv's from r.sounds as they give good advice and match internet prices. Good today to speak to a person.”

“The listening facilities and the service was both good and honest. I have invoked the Richer Sounds price promise on two occasions and this is always dealt with fairly. I have always found staff to be friendly and fair. Overall, a very good level of service.”

“I did not know much about the music systems and thought of richer sounds as it sounded like the place. It was immediately obvious that it was the right place as we walked in. I can't recommend it more . Matt and Gavin were both brilliant at explaining things on two separate occasions. They are not your typical sales people. Well done richer sounds”

“We had a booked appt. for a demonstration of some equipment for home cinema. The knowledge and attitude of Dylan was excellent. Unfortunately the 3D technology proved very difficult to get to work. It did work eventually. I accept the reasons for the difficulty -that equipment in demo room is linked to 4 times as many machines as would be the case at home and that sometimes they fail to communicate - but it did not instill confidence. However we were happy to decide to buy the equipment we wanted. I have always found Richer Sounds staff friendly, professional and experts in their topic.”
