They do not reply to emails and are con artists.

“Absolutely terrible experience. They didn’t warn me about the shipping times for the Panama Canal during holidays. Took months just to get a real tracking update only for FedEx to lose the package. When I called they told me the supervisor was out of office and didn’t know when he would be back in. Out $70 with no result in sight. You are way better off shopping on Amazon at least they make it right”
“It shouldn’t take more than 2 days to ship an order out. It’s been 6 days and I didn’t get a email about my order being shipped. If you don’t have the item in stock tell the customer by email the item the order is out and see if they want to cancel their order what else they want to replace it with that’s at the same price.”

“Ordered an expensive item 3 days ago and the older gentleman there said it would ship yesterday or no later then today if it didn't its now almost 5 pm and it sits and now I am told it will be another day or longer.. I don't understand then why I was told yesterday it woule ship or if not it'd be today at the latest.. I even paid for Priority service as it's a gift this is very bad service.”

“Very unhelpful and rude when trying to find out why my packages got delivered to a completely different state. Come to find out FedEx returned them to the shipper for lord knows what reason because I can’t even get ahold of a human at FedEx just fuckin automated voice operators that keep saying my package has been delivered and they have no further info. Paid over $100 and awaiting a refund as we speak. Thanks for attempting to sabotage my kids birthday Ringside Collectibles..”

“I began thinking the store was great with the variety of figures and accessories. Then i saw reviews for the cite and the were horrible, from broken figures to missing items. That made me anxious, but sure enough i got and email when the label was made and a text when it arrived 2 days early. The ultimate table and announce table they sell are pretty hard to get to collapse but hopefully that changes after theyre broken in. Overall im pretty satisfied”
“Ringside is sending me stiff stuff wrong figures and offal stuff in general and I may start shopping for figures else I got strait a's in school and as a reward I got to pick out figures and my parent would pay but I got wrong ricky starks and the ultimate table that I got only 1 out of the 4 worked right and I feel awful that used my parent money on something and the order was totally wrong and now I can only send back the ricky because I opened the tables and one of the tables legs broke off while I tried to break it with my figures. I loved ringside but now I may never shop there again - son of parent”
“The best way to order wrestling action figures. In one of my recent orders I got 3/4 of the figures I ordered because one of them was wrong. I told Ringside and they got back to me within 10 minutes, and they corrected it and even let me keep the wrong figure. My only issue is that more times then not some of the figures come super stiff and aren't pose-able which can be very annoying for someone who collects for display. 9/10”
“No customer service, no one ever answers. You email and ask about status , they cant give any answers. I ask has it shipped yet which is 3 business days later ,their answer
( well it should) They truly suck at customer service, dont expect to receive an item on time for any occasion neded. My OPINION find another company to buy from, dont support a company that just wants your money and not give quality service”

“Received my order, box crushed and opened on one end. Christmas gifts, inferior box, shipped without protective packaging, my Mega Powers figures box was badly damaged. Ringsides webpage chat, nobody's home, no customer services answering phone calls, phone disconnects when told to leave a message by pressing zero. Needs to be returned I left 5 messages, texted several, messages with photos attached ...no responses. Contacted Fedex, sellers' choice of shipping only Ringside can start a claim! No way to run a business, thought Ringside was a big business but it seems it's run out of a basement.”
“Awful customer service, I got a scale ring from them as a gift, it arrived open and with a piece broken. I just wanted a replacement piece, they refused, said it did not come like that and then banned me. When I tried to solve it with them and admitted I didn’t know the policy was to contact the manufacturers, (I’m autistic so it takes me a bit with some things) they banned me. When I explained that I was disabled and that it was a miss understanding they said they don’t care and it won’t change anything. I was trying to buy my daughters Christmas gifts and even willing to take blame for something they did just to get it dealt with but they really don’t care. Now some guy from inside is gonna come on, say I’m a rude customer, or what ever he says Any time they get a bad review. But don’t pay attention to him, look for the reviews from the people they screwed first instead and you’ll find your truth.”
“Customer service is horrible. I ordered a figure. Arrived damaged. They told me to send it back and they will replace it. I sent it back with the label THEY SENT ME. then they tell me they never got it.
And this isnt the first time its happened. I DO NOT reccommend ringsidecollectibles to anybody.”
“It’s funny ringside has a excuse for every review on here I ordered the last dance cm punk. It was all torn and ripped and bent when it got here I am a disabled vet with nothing below the knee. I have spent tons of money on ringside and instead of them figuring out a way to get me a new figure. they said I had to print out a return label I have no printer then go to fedex wich I would have to have legs to do. Mail it back to them and wait for a claim which by that time the figure would be sold out. So I wouldn’t ever get the figure at all I didn’t pay for damaged packaging I paid full price. There shipping policy clearly says they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but they are responsible for damaged packaging. They make you go through the hassle of returning the item because they know not all people have the means to do so. So they just let it slide. And when you call you get to talk to Dominique who you will get no help from at all just attitude because they where asked to do there job. And follow the policy that it says on there site so all in all if you order from them just pay for damaged packaging cus 50% out of the time that’s what you’re gonna get. If you’re a inbox collector like myself don’t waste you’re time or money. Go to bbts or big apple toys or 5 below anywhere else but ringside”
