There is no support of any kind and the two numbers I called for assistance had no one answering. They are difficult to
reach for tech support or any other transaction. Our reason for getting their phone numbers was to ask for a refund.

The process to get to the correct key took too long and was a problem with me delivering a schedule on time. A phone contact and help line was needed to escalate and speed things up.”
