There's so many annoying things about RoboForm. I have made several requests to support which they simply ignore. I really dislike that they don't show all logins on a single page. I was forced to do a new subscription even though I paid for it in the past. I wanted to switch to another password manager but I just have too many saved passwords that I didn't want to recreate.

Hi John - we're very sorry to hear of your frustration and we apologize for any lack of communication on our end. We do see some tickets from back in October where you were working with our technical support team regarding a specific request, which was passed along to our development team for consideration. While we cannot guarantee all requested features will always be added, we do always pass them along for consideration. And, even if they are not immediately added, that does not mean they will not be added in the future. Generally speaking, the greater the number of requests for a specific feature/function, the more likely it is to be added. Regarding your new subscription, according to our system you previously purchased a desktop license and then upgraded to a RoboForm Everywhere subscription. You can certainly continue to use RoboForm in desktop mode for free, but the Everywhere features/functionality do require a subscription. When I upgraded to ver 8 I lost all my login info ansd it doest sync with the correct file

A question should be unhappy. RF is very hard to contact, if possible, except by payment. RF has lost some of my passwords.

Roboform used to be an excellent password manager but lately - 2017 - in Windows 10 it is not trouble free and will not sync my PC to my laptop so it is less useful

I am not sure what my recent purchase was, but if iot was an automatic renewal of my producr, It is not working in one of my computers.

I like having a place to store my passwords but I don't like not being able to show them when I am on my cell phone. Also, I would like for Roboform to automatically save new passwords when I enter them on a new website. Roger Russell

Hi Roger - thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Regarding the ability to see your passwords, if you click the eye icon this will display the physical text of your password. For both Android and iPhone you would need to select "save" in order for the new password to be saved within RoboForm.

I don't like: multiple icons in taskbar, the need to login from taskbar AND bowser toolbar, and the need to manually enter username and password again at toolbar after already selecting logon from taskbar icon. In short none of this occurred in older versions.

Hi E. Dale - For RoboForm 8, in order to access your data you need to first type in your Master Password. Once done, you can select the specific login from either the taskbar or toolbar. If you're being prompted to repeatedly enter in your Master Password, you may check your security settings for timeout preferences by clicking on the RoboForm icon > Option > Security > Automatic Logoff > increasing time period that displays.

Still have not figured out how to delete logons once no longer needed. They used to have a minus sign to delete them but newer versions seemed to have dropped it. Otherwise, I've used Roboform for many years now and like it for the most part.

Hi Randolph - From the toolbar or taskbar, if you left click on the individual login, you can select the "Delete" option. Logins can also be deleted by left clicking on an individual login from within the Editor.

Have used your program for some time but at 83 years old finding passwords a problem.I do like the banks idea of a 4 digit number these I can remember. I also have a problem with updates;.I am not sure if all updates refer to my Everywhere or just the basic program

The passwords to all of your individual online accounts can be accessed via the RoboForm Editor, toolbar, and your RoboForm Online account. Regarding updates, you can ensure you're using the latest version of RoboForm by clicking on your toolbar's RoboForm icon > Help > About.

I have used RoboForm for years (various versions) and the product does a good job at storing logins and bookmarks across devices. HOWEVER, the product remains "touch and go" after more updates than I can count. It still will not recognize forms on major web sites, it will store a password but not a user name (or vice versa) causing me to have to reset if I can't recall it myself and will often ask to save passwords it has just supplied on the same site. All problems have been reported but new versions don't resolve these bugs.

PROS: Roboform remembers all of my passwords, allows me to use better passwords and often can fill them in when I go on that site. It is secure. CONS: Roboform cannot fill forms in many sites. Often where there is a popup type login space it cannot see it and sometimes won't fill it even if the "Fill forms" tab is used. Copy and paste still works though. Roboform often won't work on the sites where the username and password are requested sequentially on separate popup forms. Again some copy and paste works. Roboform prevents users from switching to another system by keeping us from copying the database in a way that can be transferred. The entire thing has to be entered by hand thus insuring that people stay with Roboform. Roboform does the job and is secure. It can require some effort to use but it does work.

It did in the past, but not recently. I purchased for another year hoping the problems I had in the last year might be resolved. No such luck. I haven't been able to get anyone to stick with me long enough to check out settings that might be causing my problems. After RoboForm quit working as it had in the past, I tried resetting lots of things hoping to resolve my problems. I just uninstalled my old version and reinstalled the latest hoping it would reset everything. It didn't...

I have been using Roboform for MANY years. Can't live without it BUT the latest revision operational is a step backwards. The less clicks the better and this version requires MORE clicks not less for my normal use. 1. When I use it for the first time in the AM in the past I would be required to "login" when I was at a page that required a password AND it would input that password and press enter all in one click now it requires two. In the past when a page (usually a bank) required to sets of signin pages after the first page Roboform would "know" the password for the second page now I have to use the pulldown and select the second password. a pain...but I really love Roboform. Less clicks are better !!!!!!
