Can't reload the software following a computer crash. Have tried several times and left message on your boards but one just can't talk to anybody directly.

I recently canceled my subscription with RoboForm because it was too difficult to understand. I am awaiting my refund. I spoke with someone today about this matter and getting a refund. I DID NOT MAKE A PURCHASE. Please fix this mistake.

having no way of resetting your master password, and having to use said password to get online to you account on web. Basically it sux

We're sorry to hear that you have forgotten your Master Password. Because security is of the utmost importance to us, the only way to ensure that your RoboForm data can only be accessed by you is for nobody else—including us— is to never obtain your Master Password in the first place. There is no way for us to obtain access to your data without your Master Password. This also means we cannot restore your Master Password. In the event that you forget your Master Password, the only thing we can do is enable you to reset your Master Password. This process will delete the old RoboForm data from your account, and you can start over again.

Everything, and roboform2go has been discontinued as well.... I do NOT trust cloud based software at all..... Websites can and DO GET HACKED..... Time to look for another program

Hi Annie - Unfortunately due to browser restrictions we have discontinued RoboForm2Go until a more viable option becomes available. With that being said, if you prefer to store your data locally rather than in the cloud, we offer RoboForm for Free.

There are two issues that I have with the new “subscription” pricing policy. One is that I no longer own a product; instead I regularly am asked to pay for the opportunity to use the capabilities. Second is that usage is slowed due to the authentication process. I will start looking for a replacement.

Hi Gary - It is true that RoboForm Everywhere operates on a subscription basis due to the many functionalities and features including syncing. You will discover that this is quite common within the password management field. Should you stop your subscription, however, you can certainly keep a local copy of that data. Also, if you do not require the sync functionality, we recommend using RoboForm for Free. The data will remain local and (as the name states), it's free!

I have been using version 7 for many years. When they pushed version 8 through I downloaded it on 11/1/2017 as I have all the updated versions over the years. I always backed up my data from my pc documents to a flash drive in case of computer crashes. I noticed on 11/22/2017 when backing up my flash drive that none of the new passwords we're being saved. I worked diligently trying to figure out why they were no longer being saved to my pc's documents. I contacted support and was on hold for an hour then was forced to leave my name and number so they could call me back...never did. I left 2 support tickets for help, no reply as of yet 11/24/2017. I ended up loosing all my data and redownloaded version 7 then reloaded all my old passwords from my flashdrive. It took 9 hours start to finish figuring out the mess. I'm really dissapointed and considering using my Trend password manager. It would of been nice to have been given a heads up of the major changes before updating to 8.

I have been screwing around with this app for over two years now. I keep paying new membership fees only to just get another account that still won't work. I think I have about three or four accounts now, none of which will work. I contacted support to help me combined the accounts into one account that would work but they were no help at all. I don't know why I haven't left and given up before now but their support finally convinced me that I need to find another app. Don't waste your time and money Larry Fisher Rock Hill, SC

Have been having all the bad experiences in reviews I just read. Right now not working at all on Safari or Firefox. Have submitted a ticket a week ago with no response from support. Little bit of a hassle to change to another password manager, but there does not seem to be any other option. I recommend not signing up with Roboform until you check out the competition.

everything goes wron on this version. htaccess is randomly executed and is slower that version7, all is confusionary and sometimes it stuck - it's incredibly slower than previosu version..You should do something about it guys!

Stopped working with Safari ages ago now with the fiefox 57 you now need an icon on your toolbar and have to enter email address account password and then master password when you want to login to a site. Far too much to do now its a pain to use. Have reverted to Firefox 56 just to keep it working as it should. Probably time to move on to something else.

Hi Jay - To turn off the Master Password prompt when logging into sites, please click the RoboForm icon > Options > Security > and check the "Don't ask for Master Password" box. You can also increase the time listed for auto-logoff. Regarding any other issues you may be experiencing with Firefox 56 or Safari, please do not hesitate to contact our technical support team so they may look into the matter. I have loaded latest version of RoboForm and it is yet to perform properly. My phone [iPhone 7] No longer functions with auto fill. Despite efforts through a RoboForm technicians I said not yet thanks to function properly, despite efforts by RoboForm technicians it has yet to function properly. I am discouraged and disappointed with this version.

I purchased the program last week. Since then, I have dad problems I have not been able to overcome. I was able to get tech support on the phone one time. Every other time, I end up being forced to leave a message, Not one message has been returned, Oh and by the way, I bought the program. My advice to you is find a reputable company and purchase their software. Michael Lapp

Roboform was used to hack into all aspects of every mac we own. From phones to laptops to desktops, passwords inside Roboform were changed, intruder gained access to all data, created accounts, deleted data.

We take claims of compromised data very seriously. Please note that no RoboForm data can be accessed without the Master Password. We have no way of knowing what your Master Password is because RoboForm does not transmit it to our servers and decryption happens locally on your browser and not on our servers. In addition,to protect against dictionary, brute force, or other attacks, we use AES256 bit encryption with PBKDF2. Very strange ....after updating to version 8 i have now only one account per this new license And nobody did tell before this new concept Change back to version before seems impossible....

do not install on macpro it bounces back from trash with message that it cannot be moved to trash because it is open but there is no way to close it REPEAT AVOID IF YOU HAVE A MAC

Hi Robert - This is related to the RoboForm application still running from the background. In the upper right task bar you should see RoboForm gray icon. Click the RoboForm icon>>Quit RoboForm. This should kill the task to complete installation. If you'd like to restart the installation, you can do so from a recent download or you can download from our site here. https://www.roboform.com/dist/roboform-mac-v8.dmg

Robo form was simple and easy to use. Now its so complicated its worthless. You provided no instructions about how to use it. None of my passwords transferred to the new version and if they did where are they. the one click to login seems to be gone. I'm very disappointed with the software and will now look for a new one to use. I used Robo form for many years but it now comes to a sad end.

that there is no longer a top toolbar is one of the worst losses of everyday functionality I have encountered I have used RoboForm for maybe 8 years now, always the jewel in the crown now it is a cumbersome and almost useless tool which behaves in an inconsistent manner which defeats the very purpose of its existence ok, so it's the fault of Firefox ... but how does that improve or rectify the loss of functionality ? ... it doesn't the TOP TOOLBAR, apart from the glorious ease of use, was also in the same location as the URL, so the eye could quickly catch whether there is a lock or https ... now all the time is wasted on performing additional clicks and trying to rectify the inconsistent outcomes from a program that was everything to one now that is at best 'highly problematic', in times when computer security, identity theft and cyber scams are omnipresent , to have a major pillar of my personal security online just evaporate like this is simply rubbish ok, blame firefox, even so the side bar or bottom toolbar either require much more user effort or the functions don't work in a consistent manner, and that's not a firefox problem as absurd a placement on screen that a bottom toolbar may be, I'd probably cop that if it worked, but intermittent equals dysfunction what a sad upgrade (please excuse any typos or grammaticals ... just couldn't be bothered checking) Jack
