"I ordered the 8 version on the advice of RoboForm support. It does not work on my favorite browser - Firefox. I really want this to work!!! Otherwise I would give it a great review." Update: They have made this work on Firefox. The RoboForm bar still doesn't work, but at least I can use RoboForm. There are more steps to logging in than in the old version, but it does work.

"I like RoboForm 7, It works.\r\nDo not like RoboForm 8." I was asked again to review RoboForm 8 today. 7/19/2017 I do not like RoboForm 8 period. Will not use it! I will continue using RoboForm 7 if available. If it becomes no longer available, I will cancel my subscription and go elsewhere. You removed profiles. For us its a must have feature.

RoboForm used to make me very happy because of ease of use. For the past few months it rarely works the way it used to. I'm very disappointed.

"I've been a happy RF user for many years. Earlier this year I went to install RF on my new PC computer. The RF website said that RF 8 was the version I should be using so I installed it. Nowhere was I warned that this new version 8 would not work on my Chromebook. Had I known I'd have installed RF 7 instead. It's been quite awhile now and RF 8 is still not available for Chromebook. This has created.a huge problem for me. Buyer beware. " EDIT: I was informed through this review that a chromebook extension was now available, so i installed it. The new extension works OK, except for one feature that was removed from the previous extension used in RF7. On the old extension I could leave it set so that I didn't ever have to enter the master password to open it. As long as the Chromebook stays in my house, connected to my network, I don't need password protection to open the RF extension. There was a setting on the old version that made it so that if the computer logged onto another wifi, then the password would be required to open the RF extension. I can't remember what it was called, but it was perfect for me because the only time I would want the password to be required would be if the Chromebook were stolen. Hopefully this feature will return. Until it does I'll be entering the password often. I have it set to 30 minutes of inactivity, which is not very long but that will have to do for now.

When Roboform had a major upgrade I lost a TON of logins. It was right at the time I was migrating to a new PC with the old one not available. Since then Roboform seems to miss some logins. I've decided to also use Google's Password Manager and, while, it doesn't have all the features of Roboform it's free and works pretty well, actually more automatic than RF although some would say that's a security issue. I used to love RF but now it's just ok. Hope there are no more surprises.

I like Roboform a lot on my desktop but not as much on my kindle or android phone. When I need to log on to a site I first have to leave the site I'm on and go to Roboform, get the password than go back to the original site and manually fill on the password. It's annoying and it's too many steps. This needs definitely improvement. If it worked the same as on my desktop I'd give it 5 stars.

I used to like roboform a lot and would have rated it at least a 4-5. Since Windows 10 though not so much. Especially since it won't save or auto fill.

"It hasn't made me terribly happy. Some sites where I saved the password lost the password. Don't get option to save lost passwords. Inconsistant sync. " You requested that I revise my review as the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the issue reoccurred as, while away with out access to my passwords, I was unable to access sites that I use frequently. This was most troublesome

RoboForm has saved me hours of time keeping track of login credentials to hundreds of websites. At the same time, it has allowed me to use complex passwords everywhere. The program needs work on the Mac platform, though. On many sites, I have to open the editor and copy/paste credentials because the "fill" function doesn't work.

I have used Roboform for a long time and kept all of my passwords in it until recently. I asked the folks at Roboform to make it possible to share password profiles so that we could use it more efficiently in a business environment. At work we have a few people that used Roboform for their passwords too, but there was no way that we could easily share profiles for locations that we all need for our job that are common to all users. Then I came across Lastpass and found that it is available anywhere I go, and I can easily share profiles with others and still retain the security of knowing I can decline those at any time. So I have been using that for a password manager. As I still have hundreds of profiles in Roboform I will continue to use it until I get all of the profiles I need over to Lastpass.

Calling it average because it has some utility. Discovering many of my previous logins no longer function and have to recreate them as I use the logins. Still have problems with half a keyboard showing up when trying to use the keys on my iPhone 6 Plus. I would be trying a new password manager if the one I selected had been able to direct transfer from Roboform. Keyboard fix was promised months ago, but nothing. I cancelled that order but will look to change before my subscription expires
