after paying $74.95 the system has not worked and after many, many, many attempts to speak to someone absolutely not connection or help. I have been with you for years and now when I need help no one answers. I am put on hold and after 15-20 minutes you hang up on me. Rediculus!!! last update removed the full bar in the browser, need 3 extra clicks to reach the same login option as before, unnecessary and time wasting, also when on a site does not prompt the right password as it used to do before, after 10 years it's time to change, as they don't take in to consideration user experience

Hi Enzo - we're sorry to hear of your frustration resulting from the update. Per Mozilla, Firefox 57 will only support WebExtensions. As such, starting with version 8.3.7, the RoboForm extension will no longer include a full static toolbar. While we understand that this change is not ideal, we must adapt to browser updates as quickly as possible in an effort to ensure uninterrupted software use for all users. Regarding the form filling issues you're experiencing, if you can please submit a list of these sites via our online support system, our technical support team will gladly investigate. I have tried to login to both of My robo form accounts but I am not able to login they say wrong password ,even the renewal I have not been able to get on. Robo form has all my passwords but I can't access them. I have been in the hospital for the last 4 months and can't remember things. I am a 76 year old disabled veteran and I have been using robo form since the 1990s and now when I need it I can't use it.

Failed to download. I have purchased roboform too many times and had problems with it in the past. I don't even know why I bought it again. Wish I Haden't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After paying $19.95 to extend my subscription for another year. Robo Form immediately stopped functioning. Calls to the Help Desk were not returned. E-mails were not responded to with any solutions. I deleted Robo Form and installed Last Pass, for free. It works fine.

I have been using RoboForm for years first on Microsoft Pc and then I went all Apple and I still was using RoboForm until there latest update. Then I could not sign into my account. I have lost all my pass words and I am locked out. I have tried to call , but you will not let me talk to a person just send an email and still no response. Plus just the day before this all happened I payed $49.95 to renew my RoboForm everywhere and the day after you came out with a discount. Now you have my money and I have no RoboForm. What are my chances of getting a rebate if you can't solve the problem? If you new there was an issue you should have sent an email to all your accounts and inform them of the problem. I've used Robo Form for years, they use to support their product, but now they lost my account that does not expire until 5/2018. I have called 3 times Holding on for 1st call for 22 minutes, 2nd call 37 minutes, 3rd 34 minutes, all winding up telling me to leave message on voice mail, that they would call me back, I left my info. 3 weeks later no call yet. But they want a new order and will take my money with out getting the wright account and I done it all on line. The program had not work correctly after last update. May be that they got hacked! SO DO THINK I WOULD I WOULD TELL YOU TO BUY IT!!

Dear Technical & Quality Team, Thank you very much for your interest in this request. I personally feel like it is average Password Manager Application Software among all other similar applications. However, there are a lot of scopes to make it BEST, if you can implement the following features: 1. It should be made capable of saving and filling dynamic field data. For example, you can verify it at www.irctc.co.in where the passenger's name uses a dynamic field. Once you save it will not be filled up in the next login. 2. It should be made capable to save and fill login details which have two redirections like https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/ where you fill in the Customer ID then the next redirection will ask you to fill in a password then after login completes. 3. It should be made available at competitive prices so that the common man can buy and enjoy it. You should provide it for a lifetime if someone is interested in buying it at a nominal price. 4. Toll-free helpline no. should be provided so that anyone can call and get help. Not everybody is supposed to write everything in detail. 5. When the App password match is not found on the Android App, there is no search box appearing, just an option to see everything. So poorly designed! We have to search for passwords among no. of passwords. 6. RoboForm doesn't recognize many programs in Windows like Adobe Creative Cloud. 7. RoboForm saves ERP-based application form data into multiple names/stages. How funny is this! 8. Technical support sucks. Poor, horrible, and useless service as you cannot speak to anyone directly. After using RoboForm for many years, it has become an outdated, impractical tool. The App is not intuitive. A person should be smart enough to understand the problem and provide a resolution accordingly. Hope you have got my points and you will do something to motivate us. Regarding pricing, we certainly understand the need to stay competitive and thus offer a free version, as well as a subscription based license. I rated Robo Form one star because I was one of the first to purchase this product that at the time was a guaranteed lifetime use. They went back on their promise. A company is only as good as their word. They fail on that.

Make it a little not so pricey, Had to jump around to get it done. I run it 4 times before payment went throw. The last one I bout was good forever, now you sale update for one year. I like your product but you are getting to pricey If you raise it again I will looking for one not prices. I have used this one for years and I really love it. .
