“The products cheap for what you would get on other sites or in stores, the quality of some items is a bit thin but it’s still perfectly fine and wearable/useable I’ve bought multiple clothes and even makeup items on it and all has been perfectly made, I have had some items not fit me size wise which was my fault because I had estimated the size I needed and ended up getting the wrong size. Overall it’s such a great place to shop but I a few things I suggest not buying is items that have bad reviews/ or if they look like shiny plastic type of fabric on the photos do not Buy it. I had bought orange pants and they came and when I walked all you could hear was the sound of the pants rubbing together which was extremely embarrassing and annoying in a way. But out of a 1-10 scale I’d say it’s about a 8.5-10 depending on what you buy. And the shipping can be fast at points or slow but it still arrives in perfect shape”

“So far I’ve gotten everything I’ve ordered from them within the expected delivery window, with accurate tracking. Some quality of clothes are hit or miss. Some pieces I love, other ones are a cheap material or awkward fit, but for the most part, I like 90% of everything I’ve gotten from them. But that’s shopping online for you, you can’t see and feel or try on what you’re ordering, so there’s going to be some pieces you don’t like as much once you see it in real life and put it on. I’ve ordered from them about 8 times (each around $50-$150 USD purchases). They are legit but I’m sure like most companies have some issues. I haven’t had to go through customer service so I cannot give feedback on that. My only issue currently is the app will not accept my images for the review points. Apparently this is a common issue with the pop up phrase: “your loaded image is too small” even though it is clearly not an issue from my end. I’m no app designer but it might be in how they short term store your images on that page before you go to upload them, because I noticed the faster I do it, the further I get in the upload process (like 46-57%), but if I leave them sit for a few minutes they won’t even make it past 0% in the upload status. Wish that could be fixed. Other than that, it’s a fast fashion app- you get what you pay for, some gems, some lemons, like any fast fashion company.”

“I just ordered my package on Romwe. The total was 142.41 including tax I got free shipping tax was 10.17 and I got 0.99 on assured protection and if my package was lost they would reship for free. At first it seemed really sketchy you would think that if the quality was good the prices would be higher but from videos and review the quality sounds good and the prices were low, but after seeing bad and good reviews I decided to purchase something. Why did I give five stars? although I haven't received my package yet but not only was so adorable and the clothes were modeled and set up. The measurements seemed perfect, and I can't wait to get my package. One review I saw was how they changed the arrival date so my current one is: about July 21 so about 14 days (2 weeks) Maybe I should start a blog then I can talk about a lot of stores :). So far I am 100/100 trusting Romwe. Ill update and if I make a blog ill update so you can read my full and entire review and show the expectation and reality. So ya so far from the expectation and the review I read and the website and videos LOOKS GREAT.”

“ROMWE actually has worked perfectly fine in the eight years I’ve been using it, with that being said there sometimes are shipping delays as it all comes from China. And for those saying that you do not get a refund, You DO get a refund if your order is taking too long or you do not like the items. You get what you pay for and I have been satisfied with my purchases so far.”

“I like Romwe. Just ordered my stuff, processing took a little longer than expected but it’s okay because at least I know they’re sanitizing everything well. For the people who say that they got a fedex tracking number...if you live in the us Romwe uses the USPS for the deliveries. Anyways, I can’t wait to see the stuff I got. I don’t think they’re that bad.”

“I love the clothes from ROMWE they always on time before the virus happen .. but I just order my clothes and it says it’s gonna get here before May 20 but I was hoping I could’ve got it before May 8 🥺 had anyone order recently if so how long did it take to deliver ?”

“Okay I honestly am not sure why there are so many poor review on this site but I LOVE IT! I've gotten many cute clothes and I've only ever had problems with Jean's fitting weird. The thing is these are not high end clothes and I think people expect more than what you're paying for. The clothes fabric I've gotten is great and I just order everything a size smaller for me. If you read reviews FIRST! You'll find really good stuff. I'm not sure about shipping rn because of the coronavirus but before the epidemic I'd recommend this site to anyone and everyone.”

“My ROMWE review was very good! it came to me in 7-9 businesses days and that is what i asked for. Honestly you get what you pay for. Unlike most people on here writing bad reviews I have used ROMWE in the past. I am NOT a bot. Everyone stay safe and be smart during the Coronavirous Pandemic!”
