“Worst site ever. They sent me shorts that fit an entire size smaller than the listed measurements. Then they promised me a refund, but instead sent me another item with the wrong sizing. I clearly told them I did not want it. But now they demand I return that too or they will not refund the first one. All this over a $2 pair of shorts. Stupid to lose a customer over such a small refund. This is major fraud. I am not legally required to pay for unauthorized merchandise I did not order. It will cost me way more than $2 in has to return another item that I never ordered. Never shopping here again. Worst customer service. The bad agents that did this are named John and Bless. They need to be fired.”

“The products cheap for what you would get on other sites or in stores, the quality of some items is a bit thin but it’s still perfectly fine and wearable/useable I’ve bought multiple clothes and even makeup items on it and all has been perfectly made, I have had some items not fit me size wise which was my fault because I had estimated the size I needed and ended up getting the wrong size. Overall it’s such a great place to shop but I a few things I suggest not buying is items that have bad reviews/ or if they look like shiny plastic type of fabric on the photos do not Buy it. I had bought orange pants and they came and when I walked all you could hear was the sound of the pants rubbing together which was extremely embarrassing and annoying in a way. But out of a 1-10 scale I’d say it’s about a 8.5-10 depending on what you buy. And the shipping can be fast at points or slow but it still arrives in perfect shape”

“i've never had an issue with romwe, but that's why you should ONLY. get items that have atleast 200+ reviews, do not get an item with only a few reviews, make sure it has decent reviews so you're aware of what you are getting, it is suspicious ordering off of them so u have to be cautious, but overall romwe is great for getting accessories for cheap”

“It gives big coupons and reduction and it says in small print that you may have to pay customs... Multiple times... You will!!!! And i'm from Canada, i learned that the customs are at least 40$ each time!!! it doesn't make up for all the reduced prices!!!!”

“i received a bathing suit with a hole in it. and have tried the “customer service” you can’t send pictures to it because it’s just a mass text message and then i asked for a phone number to the automated text message system and they don’t have one. nor do they have an email you can send the defective pictures too which you have to send to get the refund! THE BATHING SUIT WAS GOOD TOO JUST WANTED A NEW TOP BECAUSE OF THE HOLE!”

“RIPOFF....FRAUD....charged me $30 and never delivered. No phone, no address, live chat only and as soon ass you say theres an issue, the cut it off and ignore you. Dont buy, if theres a problem you have no recourse.”

“Horrible account security. Fortunately my email was only used by someone else, but now I can't delete the account. The only way is to contact customer support, and that option does not work. Read the reviews, stay away from this company.”

“So far I’ve gotten everything I’ve ordered from them within the expected delivery window, with accurate tracking. Some quality of clothes are hit or miss. Some pieces I love, other ones are a cheap material or awkward fit, but for the most part, I like 90% of everything I’ve gotten from them. But that’s shopping online for you, you can’t see and feel or try on what you’re ordering, so there’s going to be some pieces you don’t like as much once you see it in real life and put it on. I’ve ordered from them about 8 times (each around $50-$150 USD purchases). They are legit but I’m sure like most companies have some issues. I haven’t had to go through customer service so I cannot give feedback on that. My only issue currently is the app will not accept my images for the review points. Apparently this is a common issue with the pop up phrase: “your loaded image is too small” even though it is clearly not an issue from my end. I’m no app designer but it might be in how they short term store your images on that page before you go to upload them, because I noticed the faster I do it, the further I get in the upload process (like 46-57%), but if I leave them sit for a few minutes they won’t even make it past 0% in the upload status. Wish that could be fixed. Other than that, it’s a fast fashion app- you get what you pay for, some gems, some lemons, like any fast fashion company.”
