“They arrived when they were supposed to, the window is ok. However, the white pvc “ skirt” is so flimsy, it arrived broken. (Very cheap feeling). I complained and heard nothing back which was more disappointing than the actual crack. The unit itself apart from the flimsy pvc is a good unit and would buy again.”

“Very poor service and terrible communication. We’ve ordered the mardome rooflight with the wrong up-stand and tried to return/change the order so called to return team. They let us know to wait for the response of changes and they never callback. We’ve lost £290 and have to order from a different supplier. Very very very disappointed with this company and do not recommend them for anyone. Waste of time and money.”

Thank you for communicating this with us. Looking into the history I can see that the wrong size was purchased by yourself online even though before payment is made we encourage and advise customers to review sizes at various stages through the online purchase process on various pages. We advised the options available to resolve this which was either to adjust the upstands on site to suit the product or purchase only the upstand option where you would have been charged only for the additional upstand. As per the clear instructions on the website this product works off either an internal or external measurements, dependent on the drop-down specification options selected regarding upstands. Our online fitting instructions also clear state this on each product page. If you would like to contact us or email us on info@rlrl.co.uk then we can look into this further as we always work with our customers, however with full respect in general I must advise the company cannot be expected to incur the costs for errors especially ones they have no hand in. “The rooflights them self are good quality and reasonably priced . The delivery service is shocking . Two separate occasions they was ment to show and nothing I had to call them to see where the product was . They then rescheduled the delivery to turn up when my builder was not here so I arranged will the man on the phone for the delivery driver to carry them in as this was no fault of mine (missed delivery day) . Then one delivery driver turns up and cannot carry the product in by himself . So I had to help him . So be carefully with the delivery .”

“I have a 4 as myself and the roofers believe that the aluminium angle should be supplied with the products. This is the first time they are fitting a skylight where the angle hasn’t been supplied. But sky light is good. Makes a massive difference.”
