“Absolutely brilliant value for money. The saunas were cleaned after every sessions and the ice baths refilled with fresh water multiple times when we were there. Lovely staff and some great smelling oils makings the experience very relaxing!”

“Lovely experience, friendly staff. The only remark that I have it’s the water in the ice bath is not to cold, but this is only me as I am used to a cold plunge with ice, otherwise highly recommended. I will visit again for sure.”

“Loved! Perfect city escape, that offers pamper, sweat and a cool down splash. Will deffo make it a regular visit going fwr. Lovely staff and experiece. Clean and not too busy, that's great! Lush afternoon of relaxation and chill and recommend the 90min sesh, that way you don't feel rushed. Thanks Sonja & Louise”

“Loved visiting the rooftop saunas on one of the hottest days of the year. The facilities were so well kept and clean; staff really friendly and helpful; views were amazing and sauna/ice baths were brilliant. They even added in more ice while we were there to keep us cool! Will be recommending to friends. Thank you!”

“Great venue and excellent experience. Nice to have a little area to change in prior to the sauna or use the little area outside the cabin. The window in the sauna provided a great view over East London and is a great feature. I personally preferred the ice cold tipping buckets as oppose to the coldish tin baths but it is summer with warmer ambiant temps, the winter months will be awesome up there - a real ice bath. Everything was great from the booking experience, the greet and introduction and the actual sauna experience, highly recommended. Thank you”

“We absolutely loved our expereince of Rooftop saunas. The facilities were spot on and we came out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Loved the views from the Sauna room and relaxation room and the extra touches. It was wonderful to be under the big sky in the plunge baths. Perfect!”

“Very clean, love the privacy of your own shower private changing . Staff polite & helpful. Only complaint long walk up stairs I have medical issue so was suffering a bit walking up all those stairs. But well worth it once reached the top.”

“We fell in love with the first session that we came back again. Our first experience was a 10/10 unfortunately the second time round wasn’t as good. The privacy curtains was the cabins were removed taking away the feel of privacy that attracted us this amazing idea of a Rooftop Sauna. The ice bath waters were very dirty that we couldn’t take a dip… It would be nice for each cabin to have an ice bath and have the waters changed for each session. The we really enjoy this spot it would great to have these changes considered.”

“The sauna is lovely, and the set up with the big window is great, especially looking out over london on a rainy day! Having a private rest/refreshment area with complementary oils and hot drinks is also a really lovely touch. The only thing that marks it down by one star is that the cold plunges aren't very cold. The bucket showers are great though and all other aspects were perfect.”
