Bit disappointed tbh I payed for a window on the 3rd of June was told it wold take 3-5days And I rang up this Monday and was told it’s going to take 15 days I can’t finished my job until I get this window Will I get contacted when it’s in

BEWARE! FAKRO windows may not come as per photographic image. I bought a roof window which arrived to me with two essential parts missing, which on the photo was included. I was told by FAKRO representative, that an image next to the quote is only for illustrative purposes and is not what you will eventually get. Therefore, don't be surprised if the window you are looking at, has the glazing or the handle but when delivered to you has missed a part or two. FAKRO representative wrote to me: "the image you’re referring to is an example image of what the window would look like when installed into a roof" Right now I am puzzled what to do because I received window different to the one I choose. I have an option of returning the goods but for the cost of 25% of the value of the purchase.

We're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, and we have tried to explain that the image you're referring to is to illustrate how the window looks when installed with the correct flashing. The first and main image for our products show uninstalled components and represent accurately what will be delivered. We believe its quite clear on our websites when flashings are required to complete an installation, and that flashings are required in order to validate any warranty. A good window but I would have hoped for a faster order to delivery time. Pre-sale support was very good. Fitting instructions were a little ambiguous and didn't match the actual structure of my roof.

I had a damaged piece in my roofline box ,you wouldn't replace and charged me a extra £36 for a new one.even though I spent £1700 with you

We are disappointed that the money for our roof window blinds has been taken out of our account but we have had no correspondence from the company telling us when we can expect them to be delivered. The delay in getting the blinds is holding the completion of our job up

you asked for review when I hadn't even received the product, which by the way took an inordinately long time to arrive, with no word from you to explain the delay.

The Fakro Sales people were not very knowledgeable about the products, the so-called partners are not interested in selling the product, the installation instructions take a lot of deciphering.

One of my blinds arrived pierced. I complained, but never received a response. The blinds were extremely difficult to fit, 1 full day for each. I will never buy these again if i have a choice.

I don't know where to begin. Accepted my order of a product that they didn't make any more - took me a month of waiting and several emails to find this out. I chose an alternative which eventually came and I had a problem fitting it and I made them aware of this inside of the return period but it took them so long to respond to emails, by the time I got the answer, it'd passed the return period and they refused to take them back. Avoid this company at all costs - use an alternative. You've been warned!

For non-stock items, the estimated delivery time is 15-20 working days. This estimated delivery time is not guaranteed and due to the current global situation, we have been experiencing some delays. Have had no communication with regards to our order which was over two weeks ago, before we found ourselves in this lock down situation. Having called Fakro was abruptly told by a rude customer assistant that they are short staffed and that products cannot be shipped over from Poland due to the restrictions. When questioned why we were not communicated this she rudely said I should have seen it all mover social media! I’ve parted with £260 for a specialty blind with no apology email or explanation of the delay. If essential services such as supermarkets can email all their customers to keep them informed, I’m really disappointed that we were told anything. Very poor customer service and rude staff.

As you placed your order on 19th March, 3 working days before the UK went into lockdown & the majority of our staff were furloughed, it was just not feasible for us to contact all our customers to inform them of the national situation. Rubbish description of product, terrible wait and delivery condition. Abysmal policies that make returns impossible and bordering on illegal in conjunction with the poor description.
