We absolutely love the bed we ordered and so does my little boy. We had it built and the guys were amazing. The bed is excellent quality and will last my son through to his teenage years. Communication from Room to Grow was excellent.

We love our high sleeper bunk bed. It arrived in a week as promised and is good quality and sturdy. Excellent value for money.

SCAM DO NOT USE - THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU. Placed an order in good faith, got an order confirmation and then nothing else. The website is fake, all positive reviews are fake. If you placed an order and have lost your money, please contact Action Fraud and your bank. Trying to get them taken down.

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with RTG. After placing an order for a bed, I was left waiting indefinitely as it never arrived. To add insult to injury, the mattress that was part of the same order did arrive, albeit over three months late. It sits idly, rendered useless without its counterpart. Additionally, their communication was very poor. When the items were late, I had to chase the. They did not proactively contact me. Not once did I receive an apology The lack of coordination and respect for the customer is appalling. Not only did RTG fail to fulfil my order, but they also left me with half a product that served no purpose on its own. The situation was made worse by the fact that RTG is reportedly nearing liquidation, which was stressful as it raised concerns about the possibility of receiving any form of compensation. RTG did agree to refund me the full amount, but then did not honour the refund and I therefore had to go through my credit card company. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of RTG and seek products and services from more reliable companies. It’s not worth the risk, especially when the company is potentially on the brink of liquidation and your hard-earned money could be lost.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered a mattress. Told delivery time was 3-6 weeks. Emailed for an update and just told 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. 27 days later and still no refund!!! Keep being told “we’ll chase it up”. I doubt that somehow. So now I need to keep chasing them. And have since seen a whole load of very angry reviews on trust pilot too!

Order my little daughter's bed a month ago, had to chase twice to find out a delivery window. On my first chase I was told it takes 3-4 weeks for orders like mine and today was told to wait yet another 2 weeks. I spend almost £1000 on a bed and mattress for my lil girl's room and she is so anxious for it to arrive. I would definitely say not worth the hassle and buyer beware!

Like a few of the recent reviews I too have been stung by this company. They didn't keep me updated about my order and in the end I asked for it to be cancelled and my money refunded! They changed the order status to cancelled but I have not received my refund of £465! Not exactly an immaterial amount to myself! If they do email they just say they are chasing their accounts team! I am just bombarding with emails at the moment in the hope they will just sort it out! I have never had this happen to me before and I am very disappointed. To me that is a lot of money and either way it's the principle that a company can operate that way leaving other people also disappointed and out of pocket. Also you can't speak to anyone on the phone!! It's a sham!

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I absolutely would. They clearly cannot deliver what they promise and lie to their customers. I ordered a bed for my son in April, with an estimated 6-8 week delivery time. After 8 weeks I contacted them for an update and was told there was a 'backlog in the warehouse causing a slight delay with delivery times'. I chased a further 4 times, with either the same or no response. I then asked to cancel my order, which was done very promptly, however, they failed to answer my questions about when I could expect to receive the refund. They then ignored all further requests for a refund, even getting a solicitor involved. I eventually got my money back via my bank. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I ordered, this is an absolutely appalling company, taking people's money with no intention of delivering what has been promised.

We have been waiting for our son’s new bed to arrive for 17 weeks. We’ve been told there have been multiple delays with the stock coming into the warehouse but now we have decided, having seen the same product in stock and available for immediate dispatch, that we’d like a refund so we can get our sons bed. They have stopped answering any emails we’ve sent asking for our refund as we are entitled to as per terms and conditions of our purchase and their refund policy. Feel incredibly let down and advise extreme caution using this company. I would be happy to update and amend any comment should this complaint trigger a positive response from the company. However, it seems this company only responds to positive reviews and there have been no responses to those reviews for customers having had a poor experience.

Do not order from this company!! I just wish I had read the reviews first! Ordered the bed it never arrived in the 8-10 weeks they promised, Waited another 4 weeks still hadn’t arrived so I then cancelled. Then waited the 14 days for my refund and this never arrived. They would email but with just lies and ways to make me think they were doing something. I now need to go through my credit card company. No bed, no refund and a very disappointed little boy having to wait longer for his big boy bed. 4 months later and they still have my money.

Terrible service. Ordered the high sleeper bed and the mattress back in February. My order never came, neither did my money after cancellation. I had to contact my bank and open the dispute to get my money back. Very poor service!

Order bunk beds 12 May 2024, cancelled 05 July 2024. Every time I chased they just gave a standard response to say they will check with their warehouse..... Seems like a scam and a waste of time. Very poor service if it isn't a scam.

I have no idea how there are good reviews on here. Perhaps this was before the company was in trouble (can only assume they are heading for liquidation). AVOID at all costs. They will take your money, not deliver the goods, not answer your phone calls and not refund your money. Disgusting.

Terrible customer service and having ordered 4 months ago, I'm still waiting on delivery! No contact from RTG and, despite chasing numerous times, no date yet. You can't even talk to someone on the phone, as they just cut you off after a few rings. I had high hopes, as have ordered from them before, but I'm going to have to cancel and request my refund.

Awful company, awful customer service. I ordered a bed with a delivery time fo 6 to 8 weeks, its now 12 weeks and there is still no sign of it. I keep getting told it will be with me soon but for the past 3 weeks my emails are being ignored and it's impossible to get hold fo them by phone, my only option is to start legal proceedings

I wish I have reviewed the customer review before I ordered my daughter's bed and mattress. I did not know such long delivery timelines. although, we have received the bed in two weeks. However, we have not received the mattress. (we found the same mattress with same price in other place with next day free delivery. There is no other way to contact to the customer service excepted via email. They responded that it will take 10-20 working days. I thought I got a very good sale on Bank holiday deal, in fact, they do sale all the time. You can find the same product elsewhere with same/slightly cheaper. Very disappointed

Communication is really poor and there is no way of contacting, other than via email, which is ignored. I have no idea when my son’s bed will arrive so have cancelled the order.
